No doubt she had dreamed about it since she was a young girl. She had built it up in her mind, raised her expectations to unconscionable levels. She was nervous, sure, but in the end it was everything she thought it would be and more.
Susan Boyle finally went to Disneyland.
Sources at the Happiest Place on Earth tell us Boyle's favorite ride was, of course, "It's a Small World." She had a churro for the first time, which she loved, and compared British accents with the Alice in Wonderland and Mad Hatter characters.
We're also told several onlookers mistook Boyle for Julia Child -- who has been dead since 2004 -- seriously.

Attention citizens of the United States of America -- Susan Boyle now walks among us.
The Scottish singing sensation landed at LAX yesterday and was met by a few dozen of her biggest fans -- the paparazzi.
Boyle is set to perform on the finale of "America's Got Talent" -- and we're hoping against hope it's a duet with The Hoff.

Susan Boyle, everyone's favorite middle-aged Scottish singer, reappeared at an airport in London yesterday, making her way stateside where she'll perform on the finale of "America's Got Talent."
Boyle and The Hoff together? That's gonna be awesome!

That guy in the blue doggy suit is a young Simon Cowell -- and this is the video his buddy Nigel Lythgoe didn't think we'd ever find. Check and mate.
Nigel challenged TMZ to uncover the "horrible" video of the "Idol" judge singing -- and did we ever. Here's Cowell waaaay back in '82 on the popular U.K. television show "Top of the Pops" performing as his barking alter-ego "Wonderdog."
Britain's got talent, indeed.

Who knew that taking a mentally fragile 48-year-old woman on a singing tour would create problems?
Susan Boyle -- you may remember her as a singer, or someone who very, very recently almost had an entire mental breakdown -- pulled out of tonight's "Britain's Got Talent" tour performance in Manchester. Officials are saying that Boyle's absence is nothing more than a "one off rest day."
Boyle has already performed three times on tour. That means she's only worked to the point of insanity 25% of the time.

"Britain's Got Talent" sensation Susan Boyle was admitted to a London clinic on Sunday, a day after her shocking second place finish on the show.
She is said to be suffering from exhaustion.
"Nobody has had to put up with the kind of attention Susan has had. Nobody could have predicted it," one of the show's judges, Piers Morgan, told a Brit TV show. "It has been crazy, she has gone from anonymity to being the most downloaded woman in history."
If Cindy Margolis can handle it, Susan Boyle should be able to.

In the upset of the century, Susan Boyle just lost "Britain's Got Talent" to the 10-person dance crew Diversity.
It looks like Boyle's reported diva antics may have caught up with her.

Just when you thought Susan Boyle's 15 minutes were up...
Breaking news: she's just been voted into the next round of Britain's Got Talent.
Apparently the 100 gazillion YouTube views of Susan singing "I Dreamed a Dream," and her friendship with Oprah weren't enough to convince producers to cancel the show and just hand Susan the crown.
Boyle will now perform on a live show later today -- making that one song for every 1000 weeks she's been famous.

It's probably fair to say most people wouldn't pay anything to watch a homely, 47-year-old woman lose her virginity on camera. Nonetheless, Susan Boyle, the "Britain's Got Talent" never-been-kissed singer, has been offered $1,000,000 to porn it up.
Kick Ass Pictures has put up a cash offer to the YouTube sensation -- asking her to lose her v-card in front of an international audience in return for some big bucks. They've even set up a website where users can help choose a name for the sure-to-be blockbuster.
