Terrell Owens is finally copping up to what fantasy football owners have been saying all season -- dude is strugglin' up in Buffalo.

When we asked the Bills receiver if he watches his own highlights on TV, dude responded with the most honest statement we've heard all day, "yeah ... but they far and few between ... this year."
T.O.'s lady friend also tells it like it is ... when we asked if the Bills were gonna go all the way this year, her reaction was priceless.

UPDATE: TMZ just received the following statement from Thurman Thomas -- the real Thurman Thomas, not the wooden statue version:
"I'm grateful for Orchard Park Police Dept for finding my carving, and I'm glad no Cleveland Browns fans took it and burned it."
A 1000 pound wooden statue of legendary NFL star Thurman Thomas has just been found -- one day after it was reportedly stolen from its perch outside of the Buffalo Bills stadium.

The story is insane -- police in Orchard Park, NY tell TMZ a Canadian dude has fessed up to taking the statue ... but says he only took it to save the 8 1/2-foot carving from grave danger.
Cops say the Canadian claims he saw a bunch of hooligans trying to light the giant pine statue on fire -- so he loaded wooden Thurman onto the back of a pick-up truck so he could drive it to safety.
BTW -- the statue had only been unveiled on Sunday.
Now, we're told the Canadian has contacted the owner of the statue to arrange the carving's safe return.
No word if the Thurman Thomas statue was able to locate its helmet in the melee.

Another Buffalo Bill in trouble with the law ... this time it's one of the greatest players of all time.
NFL Hall of Famer Bruce Smith was arrested on DUI charges in Virginia Beach this morning after cops say the former defensive superstar was speeding around 1:42 am.
According to celebrity gossip wire Associated Press, a police spokesman says Smith was also charged with refusing to take a breathalyzer test at the scene.
Smith-- football's all time leading sack leader -- was released a few hours later after posting bond.
Smith was arrested for DUI twice before -- but the case #1 was dismissed and in case #2, Bruce was acquitted.

It's unusual for a fullback in the NFL to grab headlines, but when he's accused of masturbating outside of some random woman's home -- that usually does the trick.
Cops arrested Corey McIntyre -- a fullback on the Buffalo Bills -- after a 59-year-old Florida woman claims back in March she heard a muscular black man with dreadlocks banging on the window ... while banging on himself.
When cops asked if the mysterious whack job was Corey -- a muscular black man with dreadlocks who happened to be in the area at the time -- the woman said, "That's him."
But yesterday, McIntyre was arrested and booked on one misdemeanor count of exposure of sexual organs. He was released on $10,000 bail.
According to TCPalm.com, McIntyre denies the allegations, claiming he was simply on a bike ride that morning -- and even offered to show officers the route.
Looks like T.O. won't be the only player in Buffalo worth talkin' about.

There must be something in the water in the NFL. Cleveland police say Buffalo Bills player Donte Whitner had to be shocked with a stun gun and arrested early this morning.
Officers were at the House of Blues trying to control a rowdy crowd outside the club, when the defensive back acted like he was on the field and forced his way past them and then broke free from officers trying to restrain him. He is the third Bills player to run into trouble with the law this year.
Whitner was arrested for aggravated disorderly conduct and resisting arrest but hasn't been charged. He has released a statement saying he regrets the incident.
