It was a complete sausagefest when Busta Rhymes and his posse rolled up to Butter last night -- but it definitely didn't stay that way.

Busta Rhymes: Shoot My Wad!

A street corner in Hollywood probably isn't the safest place to be yanking out rolls of hundred dollar bills ... unless Busta plans on sharing the wealth.

Busta -- take a note from Javon Walker. Might not be a good idea to be flashin' your paper.

Busta Is Finger Lickin' Good

Busta Rhymes was tongue-happy outside Mr. Chow last night -- and he got his saliva all over another pap just by shaking his hand.

Busta also mentioned who he's backing for President ... about 100 times.

Busta Rhymes Loses Serious Street Cred

The "Light Your Ass on Fire" rapper was keepin' it real last night -- at Mr. Chow?!

Known for singing lyrics like "Stick a d**k in ya hoe," Busta isn't exactly the kinda guy you'd expect to sit down to dinner next to the likes of Don Rickles. Even worse -- he admitted he's afraid of TMZ.

Busta Rhymes Pleads Out!

Busta Rhymes just plead guilty to all four charges against him, including two assault charges and one DUI.

TMZ was in the courtroom as Busta did a 180 on his not guilty pleas, taking a plea deal. For the two assault charges stemming from incidents last year, the judge promised him three years probation, served concurrently. Busta will have to serve a year in jail if he violates the probation. What's more, an order of protection was issued for the victims of his assault. Sentencing will take place March 18.

As for the DUI, Busta will have to pay a $750 fine and enroll in a drunk driving program. For the final charge, driving with a suspended license, he will have to give up his driver's license for six months.

His lawyer, Scott Leemon, tells TMZ, "We're glad to put this behind us. Busta looks forward to the future. It's been a rough year and a half for him."

Busta and Remy Let It Ride in Court

Busta Rhymes and Remy Ma were both in Manhattan Criminal Court today, possibly on their way to trials on their respective assault cases, but both were in and out of court in a flash -- with the focus of attention on Remy's lollipop.
Busta Rhymes
Busta's facing a trial on two assault charges and a DUI, which was moved to January 23. His lawyer, Scott Leemon, in a statement to TMZ says the extra time is needed to give the judge time to review a letter he filed "under seal." No word on what's in the letter.

Meanwhile, Remy, also charged with assault after she allegedly shot her own friend, had a tougher time finding her car than she had in the courtroom -- where her case was adjourned until December 5. When asked how court was, the normally yappy rapper deadpanned, "It was court."

Busta Moved -- Trial Gets Bumped

An unusually jovial Busta Rhymes arrived at court today for the start of his trial -- perhaps armed and smiling with the knowledge that he wouldn't actually have to stand in front a jury of his peers.
Busta Rhymes
Judge Larry Stevens pushed back the start of the trial to November 7, when Busta (real name: Trevor Smith) will face the music on charges of assault, DUI, and driving without a license arising from four arrests in the last ten months. He's also facing a lawsuit filed by a fan who claims that at a concert last year, he was busted in the head by Rhymes' heavies.

Rhymes sauntered into Manhattan Criminal Court this morning gladhanding all the cameramen around -- even asking TMZ's guy why he wouldn't shake. Needless to say, the shooter complied in a hurry.

P. Diddy's White Party People

Rapper/party planner P. Diddy threw his ninth annual "White Party" at his East Hampton home on Sunday. It was white hot!

Mary-Kate Olsen's clone, Ashley, arrived at Diddy's palace wearing a shaggy, cut-and-paste outfit that would have looked better on a Scooby-Doo ghost. Yikes!

TMZ cameras were there as Lil' Kim got off her plane -- ready to party in a hot, chesty white mini-dress. Mariah Carey topped Kim outside the event, as she sucked in her stomach and struck a pose. Troublesome Busta Rhymes showed up in a sleeveless shirt, displaying his well-inked arms.

The after party at club Dune saw a single member from pop flop Danity Kane -- Dawn. Home movie star Tommy Lee forgot to leave his headphones at home, and before he made his way inside, he got hot with a balloon -- hugging it, then boxing it. Once the preoccupied percussionist heard the music thumping inside, he bobbed his way through the door.

P. Diddy made his presence known while pimpin' some nighttime shades. All this and more in today's "Put Your White Pants Away" Star Catcher!

Busta Bust Up -- Again

Put your feet where my eyes can see! Embattled rapper Busta Rhymes is in trouble again -- for allegedly bustin' a fan in the head during an August 2006 run-in.

Roberto LeBron filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Superior Court yesterday, alleging that Rhymes -- real name Trevor Smith -- and a posse of nine bodyguards roughed him up and kicked him in the head after a concert last summer.

Rhymes' attorney Scott Leemon tells TMZ he has yet to see the lawsuit, and has "no comment until I see it."

When asked whether the lawsuit was connected to another pending August 2006 assault suit against Rhymes, Leemon said he had "no additional information."

Rhymes currently faces four separate trials for charges, including drunk driving, driving with a suspended license and assaulting a former employee. That's busted!

Busta Doesn't Get Rolled Up in Court

Something good finally happened for Busta Rhymes in court, as a judge refused to roll all four of his arrests in the last year together into one fat case, as the district attorney had requested.
Busta Rhymes Court Sketch
Rhymes just walked out of Manhattan Criminal Court, and was all smiles for the cameras, as all four of the charges -- two misdemeanor assault charges, a DUI, and a suspended license charge -- will be handled separately. TMZ is told that the D.A. had sought to try the four cases together for the sake of expediency, but Rhymes thought he'd get a better deal if the cases weren't done in tandem. The rapper rejected a plea deal last month that would've meant a year of jail time and a $1,500 fine.

Rhymes -- real name Trevor Smith -- has been arrested four times in the last 10 months. He's due back in court September 5, and trial dates will be set then, if necessary.

Busta Rhymes Rejects a Plea

Busta Rhymes just walked out of a Manhattan courtroom, having rejected a plea deal that would've landed him in the slammer for up to a year for two alleged assaults and a DUI.

Facing two assault charges from last year and a DUI from last week, the rapper's lawyer waved off the Manhattan D.A.'s offer of one year in jail for the assault charges, a drinking-and-driving program and $1500 in fines, according to Manhattan D.A. spokesman Edison Alban.

The rapper was pulled over last week by cops and arrested on suspicion of DUI. Last year, he was involved in two alleged dust-ups, one involving a man Rhymes says spat on or near his car.

Rhymes will be back in court -- yet again -- on July 10 to face the judge on the same charges.

Busta -- Justa Shot of Hennessy Did Me In!

Busta Rhymes was just released back into the world after his DUI arrest this morning, but he'll have to head right back to court for his arraignment next week -- and all, according to Busta himself, over one little lousy shot of Hennessy. At least he passed on the Courvoisier!

A source tells TMZ that when the rapper was accosted yesterday by the cops, he told officers that he'd only had "a shot of Hennessy" before he took the wheel of his Denali. The cops -- in the arrest report obtained by TMZ -- said that Busta had "watery and bloodshot eyes." After he failed a field sobriety test, cops took him into the station, where he actually blew a 0.067, below the legal threshold of 0.08. He was charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired.

After his release on $7,500 bail this afternoon, Busta is expected next Tuesday in court, when he'll also have to face assault charges on two separate incidents from last year. Should be quite a day for Busta's busts.
