This is Not a Joke -- This Place Cost $10 Million

Matthew McConaughey is ditching his plush beachside trailer for a real, foundation-and-all house -- dropping a whopping $10 mil for this "new" Malibu pad. That's a lot of mediocre comedies!


While the old house looks Clampettish, the real find is in the acreage, which, according to L.A. Times Hot Property, provides plenty of space for Matt's three Airstream trailers.

Yesterday, TMZ spied workers constructing the new wing, presumably for McConaughey's love child with girlfriend Camilla Alves.

Here's the baby bumped gal who singlehandedly broke the hearts of thousands of women (and more than a few men) who wanted to be "the one" for Matthew McConaughey.

Brazilian model Camilla Alves slapped on some serious pirate boots and a hippie dress to do some shopping in Malibu -- while wearing a scarf she borrowed from Matty's hipster hobo collection.
