Candice Sanders might want to think twice about getting hitched -- or engaged -- again. Before the beauty queen was engaged to Jim Lampley, she was married to another man who she says was unable to have sex her.
TMZ first reported that Sanders, the 2003 Miss California USA, accused sportscaster Jim Lampley of repeatedly throwing her against a wall on New Year's Eve and had him arrested. Today, we've obtained court documents, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, that annulled the former Miss California USA's marriage to a Jehovah's Witness, Marlon Muller. Sanders claimed "there was fraud in [Muller's] representations of his ability to have children and participate in marital sexual relations," that Muller promised to give up "his practice of being a Jehovah's Witness" and that their "planned children would not be raised as a Jehovah's Witness." Apparently the court agreed and annulled the marriage after just six months.
Lampley, for his part, has denied Sanders' allegations, and hasn't acknowledged that he is (or was) engaged to Sanders.

Sportscaster Jim Lampley has issued a statement, just two days after he was arrested for spousal abuse.
"I am innocent of the charge of domestic abuse that has been leveled against me and will vigorously defend myself," Lampley said. "I have tremendous respect for the justice system as a whole and for the San Diego courts and District Attorney's office specifically.
"I'm confident that the process will prove that I'm not guilty of this charge. I thank my friends and family for their support during this difficult time, and ask for the understanding and patience from the media until my legal situation allows me to discuss this in more depth."
Police arrested Lampley outside of San Diego on Wednesday night after he allegedly threw fiancée Candice Sanders against the wall of her apartment after drinking and smoking pot.
Sanders, Miss California USA 2003, appeared in a San Diego court Thursday to request a permanent restraining order against Lampley. The judge granted her request.

The woman who filed the domestic violence complaint against sportscaster Jim Lampley claims he repeatedly threw her against the wall of her apartment after drinking heavily and smoking pot.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Candice Sanders claims that on New Year's Eve, Lampley and his son Aaron joined her for dinner. Sanders says she was engaged to Lampley, who she claimed lived with her in the apartment.
Sanders alleges after dinner, at their apartment, Lampley "was drinking vodka and whiskey and became drunk." She adds in the document that "he was also high on pot."
Sanders, Miss California USA 2003, says in the complaint that the trouble began when she wanted to finish watching a movie. Lampley then "pulled me from the sofa I was on" and "began to yell at me and chased me around the apartment."
Sanders says at that point all hell broke loose. She alleges, "He grabbed me and threw me against a wall. He then threw me against another wall. He then threw me against the door and I collapsed."
