Carlos Mencia just purchased a $4.4 million house in Encino -- an upgrade to make room for visitation by his massive family. He has 17 siblings! No, really, 17!
According to the L.A. Times, the 8,500 square foot home -- purchased from "Say It Isn't So" actor Eddie Cibrian -- has two master-bedroom suites, six en suite bedrooms, family room with a wet bar, banquet-sized dining room, home theater with seating for 15 or more, a pool, barbecue pavilion and six-car garage.

Comedian Carlos Mencia has been tapped to host the Creative Arts Emmy Awards next month in Los Angeles. The key word in that sentence is "creative."
Mencia, star of Comedy Central's "Mind of Mencia," is frequently accused of stealing his material -- earning the nickname "Carlos Menstealia." Joe Rogan, a comic and former host of "Fear Factor," famously confronted Mencia on stage earlier this year in a 10-minute YouTube video documenting Mencia's alleged theft. Another popular YouTube clip shows a famous bit from the 1983 Bill Cosby special, "Himself," and a strikingly similar performance by Mencia in his 2006 comedy special, "No Strings Attached."
A February Radar magazine article about joke stealing referred to George Lopez's feud with Mencia over a bit he claims Mencia stole and put in his HBO special. Lopez says he threw Mencia against a wall.
What's next, Amy Winehouse writing a self-help book?

"If I wasn't a celebrity, would you be so nice to me?" Former *NSYNCer turned dancing TV fiend Joey Fatone amicably borrowed a paparazzo's camera outside of Joseph's in Hollywood last night, turning the tables on one awkward pap -- and began interviewing him along with buddy Alfonso Ribeiro, who got it right when he confidently stated, "We'll be on TMZ tomorrow." And here they are!
Fresh from her porny custody battle with soon-to-be ex Coleman Laffoon, Anne Heche embraced "40 Year Old Virgin's" Elizabeth Banks on the patio at Il Sole. Nothing like a little comfort food and a friend when you're in deep with the ex!
Michelle Rodriquez unfortunately zipped her trap as she was leaving Hyde, and Carlos Mencia gave TMZ a shout-out at the Laugh Factory, before driving off with Brad Williams in the passenger seat.

Macy Gray is the dopest, sexiest person on earth," according to Macy, that is. She also threw in a sly promo for her new album.
TMZ spotted Mark McGrath outside of Teddy's, who warned that unfortunately, "I haven't started drinking yet, so I got no good stuff for you."
Josh Duhamel was also at Teddy's with a decidedly less Fergalicious date than girlfriend Fergie. He and buddy Rodney Peete were chilling while Fergie was lived the "Glamorous" life in London.
Carlos Mencia was spotted with a leggy lady in gold, joking about Mariachis. Ole!
Tara Lipinski and Brody Jenner were both at Les Deux, though not together. Jenner cleared up the rumors; there's no cat -- er -- manfight between him and "Sons of Hollywood" star Sean Stewart.

Britney Spears' first post-Feder fling is on the prowl again.
Arizona clubgoers recently saw Spears getting hot and heavy with football stud Matt Leinart. Now, TMZ cameras have spotted record producer "J.R." Rotem, linked with Britney a few weeks ago, leaving a party at Paris Hilton's Hollywood Hills home with sultry R & B singer Mýa this weekend. Rotem made sure to open the car door for her. Such a gentleman!
Also at Paris' place: Cuba Gooding, Jr., sister Nicky Hilton, buddy Brandon "Firecough" Davis, Chris Judd and Kim Kardashian, who just loves the beaches in Australia this time of year.
Teddy's at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel saw the likes of Travis Barker, Tom Green and Taryn Manning, while Rachel Hunter, Carlos Mencia and Dane Cook had lots of laughs for TMZ cameras outside of Hyde.

The only thing Carlos Mencia loves more than his tour bus are his custom motorcycles, and he gave our camera an up-close introduction to both.
We dropped in on the red-hot comic at the Gibson Theater in Los Angeles and he took a minute or two to show us what's what.
The tour bus has Xbox, iPod hook up, Carlos' giant mug painted on the side and twelve beds "big enough to fit you, on top of somebody." That's how he put it, anyway.
Yeah, his bus is sick, and his bikes are even sicker, but the best part was getting a glimpse into the sickest thing of all: the mind of Mencia.

With the photos of Suri Cruise hitting newsstands yesterday in the new issue of Vanity Fair, speculation over the baby's paternity continues to swirl.
TMZ has already stated the baby appears to have Asian features -- something comedian Carlos Mencia mirrored last night. "Tom is not the father. Jet Li had the baby with Katie. Katie and Jet Li had a baby. Or maybe it's really the alien baby, I don't know ... I'm just saying, if my baby came out like that my father would be like, 'Hey you better get a test.'"
Actor/comedian George Lopez also jokingly chimed in on the Suri mystery, also unsure who the baby-daddy is. "Not their child. I'll wait for the test to come in but it's a beautiful baby. Not theirs. I'm a Latino so we always struggle with which kids are ours."
Not everyone is as skeptical though, "It looks like both of its parents. Hello?? They are both gorgeous so the baby is incredibly beautiful," said "Desperate Housewives" actress Andrea Bowen.

T-Mobile assembled some of the biggest stars in Hollywood Tuesday night to kick off the launch of the new T-Mobile Sidekick 3. Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, and Kristin Cavallari were all on hand to tryout the new cutting edge communications device.
Carlos Mencia was hoping to get some props from Europeans because he has the high-tech phone. The Duff sisters were excited that while adding new features, the Sidekick 3 was still easy to use. Safety conscious Eva Longoria was very excited about the new Bluetooth addition to the phone so that she could talk in her car without holding it in her hand.
T-Mobile definitely has a winner on its hands.
