He's got the tax man breathing down his back -- but there's one thing MLB bad boy Darryl Strawberry isn't worrying about: Finding the hottest club in NYC.
Strawberry -- who was in and out of jail numerous times in the last 10 years for solicitation and drug related incidents -- says "them days are over for me."
Though currently filming "Celebrity Apprentice," Darryl reportedly owes $554,000 in taxes. Maybe Trump can help him get "over" that too.

Dennis Rodman and his posee allegedly dined, dashed and assaulted.
Sources tell us, Rodman and some friends had dinner last night at the Gansevoort Hotel in Miami, and left without paying the $1,000 bill. When the manager tried stopping Rodman's party, an altercation erupted and the GM got punched in the face -- allegedly by a member of Rodman's posse.
Sources say the fight spilled into the street, and resulted in a rear view mirror being knocked off a $289,000 Lamborghini parked near the sidewalk.
Police confirm the Miami Beach PD responded to a call from the hotel right around the time the altercation took place. No word yet on whether the victim will press charges.
The restaurant agreed not to press charges if the bill was paid -- and it was. During all the commotion, Dennis conveniently disappeared

Last night, TMZ caught up with some of the "stars" of the celeb version of "The Apprentice," and it looks like ex-villainess Omarosa has learned a thing or two about heeding The Donald.
Our guy tried to pry some information about the new show from Omarosa, but she would only put her finger to her lips and give us a coy smile. Softball legend Jennie Finch was similarly mum, and "America's Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan played equally dumb, as he walked into the hotel with all the other contestants. TMZ also happened to spot actress Karen Black -- Oscar-nominee for "Five Easy Pieces -- as part of the "Apprentice" crew.
But non-disclosure was a non-starter, apparently, for Stephen Baldwin and Marilu Henner, who gladly shared their own appraisals of the upcoming season, currently shooting in Manhattan. Baldwin, for his part, proudly proclaimed it the "most dramatic yet."
