Charlie Sheen played Patrick Swayze's younger brother in the 1984 flick "Red Dawn" -- and last night outside Spago, he took a moment to honor his former co-star, saying his death was "really sad, we lost a really good guy."
Swayze lost his battle with pancreatic cancer yesterday in L.A., he was 57.

Our spa spies tell us Sheen dropped by to get his little piggies a pedicure -- and when all was said and done he dropped a $100 tip on a $50 bill. We're told he was "one of the nicest clients ever."
Considering he reportedly makes $800,000 an episode for "Two and Half Men" ... he's probably one of the richest too.

How's this for a shocker: Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife and onetime mortal enemy, visited Charlie's newborn twins at the hospital last night ... and he was there!
Denise and Charlie had one of the most vicious divorces ever, so allowing Richards past security is a big step -- let alone allow her to meet little Bob and Max.

These wrecked cars are the leftovers of the nasty car accident that left one person in the hospital yesterday afternoon, and involved the young daughters of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards.

The two young daughters of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen were involved in a serious car accident yesterday, TMZ has learned, but the good news is they're safe and sound.
Law enforcement sources tell us Sam and Lola Rose Sheen, 4 and 3, were riding in an SUV driven by a nanny on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, when a Honda made a crazy left turn in front of them, cutting them off. Four cars were involved in the accident, and only the driver of the Honda was injured.
No arrests have been made. The driver of the Honda was taken to a local hospital and will most likely be cited for a failure to yield.
Denise and Charlie's reps didn't immediately comment.

Was one of them not really listening? Both Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were both "pleased" with the outcome of today's impromptu court hearing.
In a statement to TMZ, Charlie's rep says "Charlie was very grateful and more than pleased with the court for how they dealt with the custody issues regarding his two children this morning."
As she walked out of court this morning, Denise told us she was "pleased" with the judge's decision and her attorney told us "it was in the children's best interests."

Our spies tell us Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are at loggerheads over whether to vaccinate their kids.
Charlie is convinced vaccinations are poison. We're told they are now at a stalemate and may end up in court. Pretty ironic and Hollywood, that a judge may have to decide whether to make the kids cry.
Apparently, the doctor for the kids has been siding with Denise. We got hold of a threatening letter Charlie's lawyer sent to the pediatrician last month, advising him Sheen did not consent to any treatment and promising legal retribution if he doesn't listen.

Three days after getting hitched, Charlie Sheen and third wife Brooke Mueller honeymooned in Costa Rica on Monday.
As of this post, Brooke had not filed for divorce or started filming a reality show.

A spunky Denise Richards was on the "Today" show this AM whoring out her reality show slamming reports she tried to hit up ex Charlie Sheen for his seed -- saying the email making the donor request is a fake.
The email, allegedly sent to Charlie's fiancee Brooke Meuller, says "I am having a baby in the next year. By myself...my girlfriend suggested Charlie be the donor ... Charlie and I have very beautiful healthy children together. I was strictly looking for a sperm donor if it's any of your business."
Charlie blasted back, calling Denise's claims "absurd," adding "If any proof can be established that these are not in fact her words and statements verbatim, I openly invite her and would even encourage Ms. Richards to sue me in a court of law."

Even boys like a little pampering now and then. And that's just what Charlie Sheen was caught doing yesterday at an L.A. tanning salon.
Sheen stepped into the salon for a 15-minute winter spray-on touch-up. Next stop, women's lingerie. No really, his next stop was a female unmentionables store. We're assuming he's just picking up a gift for his fiancee.
