Here's the blow-by-blow inside the Michael Jackson estate hearing. KEEP REFRESHING for the latest.
UPDATE: Recess until 1:30 PM PT.
UPDATE: Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise is now at the podium. She's the "other" one.
UPDATE: Now for our Maury Povich moment of the day. Billie Jean just stood up and said "I am Blanket's mother and I am concerned about what's going on." She added, "I would like for all probate proceedings to be halted." The judge was polite and told her she could submit papers. She's walking downstairs so we're firing up our live stream for your entertainment.
UPDATE: Apparently bootlegging of M.J. merchandise is a big problem. The lawyers have raised the issue in court.
UPDATE: Katherine has issues over the Bravado/AEG merchandising agreements.
UPDATE: This is interesting. The judge is talking about appointing a separate guardian for Michael Jackson's children -- to have their interests represented in estate matters. So Katherine and her lawyers would not be representing the kids in court.
UPDATE: The recess is over. Court is back in session.

We're inside the courtroom as the lawyer for the co-executors of Michael Jackson's will, John Branca and John McClain, go before a judge seeking to be named administrator of Jackson's estate.
1:08 PM ET -- Hearing is over.
1:02 PM ET -- The judge just said that decisions involving marshaling the assets, attorney's fees, and settling claims and actions all require court approval -- as well as any modifications to existing court agreements and decisions
1:00 PM ET -- The judge just made it clear -- Katherine is NOT a co-administrator and she is not required to be involved in every decision. But, he pointed out, her attorney does have the ability to object.
12:54 PM ET -- The executors are also interested in operating his businesses (employees, investments, etc.) but any new business ventures would be subject to court approval.
12:49 PM ET -- The lawyer for the executors is balking about giving Katherine approval power. The judge has said he wants the executors to keep Katherine in the loop about decisions being brought before the court.

Rihanna's lawyer just said the D.A. told him his client will be subpoenaed at the next court hearing.
Donald Etra said Rihanna will be called to the stand to testify at Chris Brown's preliminary hearing on June 22.
Etra says his client will cooperate and take the stand. It's not at all unexpected that the alleged victim would be called to the stand in a prelim.
Also today, the judge rejected a motion made by Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, asking for an order requiring the LAPD to ante up info regarding leaks in the case.

California Attorney General Jerry Brown played defense on Tuesday after Howard K. Stern's court hearing in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case, insisting he didn't abuse his power by gunning for H.K.S.
Stern's lawyer, Steve Sadow, lashed out at Brown, essentially calling him a demagogue who was aching to win the next Governor's race, using Stern as his stepping stone.
Brown said there was nothing wrong with devoting a boatload of money and resources to investigating Stern and Anna's two docs. He didn't exactly answer our question -- Would he have devoted the same resources if Anna Nicole wasn't the "victim?"

TMZ has confirmed that a judge entered a bench warrant for singer R. Kelly -- because he did not show for a court hearing today in Chicago.
We're told Kelly's tour bus was delayed in Utah, so he was a no show. The judge in his child pornography case entered the warrant but won't enforce it just yet. But if R. Kelly doesn't show up tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM, the judge will tell the fuzz to arrest his butt.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Cook County prosecutors pressed the judge, noting he had already shown considerable leeway in letting Kelly travel outside Illinois. "This is just an abuse of the process. It's disrespectful of your honor," said Assistant State's Attorney Shauna Bolicker.
Kelly has been charged with child pornography, in a widely reported case in which he allegedly videotaped a sexual encounter with a teenage girl. R. pleaded not guilty in the mess -- which has been going on since 2002.
Kelly's lawyer said singer was "detained because of some snow." The judge said a trial date will be set on Thursday. Yeah, right.
