Dane Cook didn't even need to be on stage to get heckled this weekend -- because one wacked out drunk dude outside Crown Bar was relentless in trying to get him to tell a "funny joke."

Well, yesterday leaving Crunch gym, he double-fisted protein shakes, introduced us to his "parents" and called his time with our photog his "favorite interview" ever.

Vanessa Hudgens shot Dane Cook the "Look of Death" at the Teen Choice Awards after he tried to crack a joke about her nude pix -- but unlike those photos, the viewers at home didn't get to see this one. 
Cook's "joke" got the chop from last night's telecast -- but luckily, MTV got their grubby little mitts on the original, uncut moment.
Dane Cook's half brother has been indicted in Massachusetts on 20 additional counts of larceny ... for allegedly stealing more than $11 million from Cook over a nearly five-year period.
The new charges come on the heels of eight counts back in March -- where Middlesex County prosecutors say Darryl McCauley transferred company funds into his personal bank account.
Prosecutors allege McCauley embezzled the cash while acting as Cook's business manager between March '04 and Dec. '08.

Stealing from Dane Cook allegedly runs in the family.
With his brother Daryl McCauley already facing charges for allegedly embezzling millions from the "comedian," McCauley's wife Erika was arrested today as well.
According to the Attorney General's office in Massachusetts, Erika will be arraigned today on charges of larceny by scheme and receiving/concealing stolen property."
Daryl was charged back in March with eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme. According to prosecutors, McCauley once forged a $3 million check written from Cook's account to himself.

Dane Cook's half brother has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly stealing millions from the "comedian."
Darryl McCauley was charged with eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme. According to prosecutors, McCauley once forged a $3 million check written from Cook's account to himself.
McCauley allegedly pulled off the scheme while Dane paid him $12,500 a month to be his personal business manager.
McCauley has denied any wrongdoing.

There's one "Idol" contestant who's already been through Hollywood -- in fact she's already slept with a celebrity ... if you still consider Dane Cook a celebrity.
Raquel Houghton, a 28-year-old "waitress/bartender," dated Cook for roughly three years, until the relationship suddenly ended in 2007 -- which happens to be right after "Employee of the Month" came out.
Coincidence? We think not.

Dane Cook is on the market for a place to live ... a place that allows dogs that crap all over the place.
The verdict is in -- Bev Hills jurors have ruled Dane's beast, Beast, did indeed crap all over the place and his landlord can now officially evict him.
Jurors ruled the dog did the deed, and it constituted a nuisance.
And how's this: Cook, who was there for the whole four day trial, did not show up for the reading of the verdict. He must have read the s**t on the wall. The jury split 11-1, against Dane.

The Dane Cook jury must decide an issue that could ultimately go to the U.S. Supreme Court: Does dogs**t constitute a nuisance?
Dane's landlord wants to 86 him because his pooch has allegedly been pooping all over the common area and Dane hasn't been picking up after it. The jury is deliberating, we have the verdict forms, and here's what they must decide.
First, did Dane's dog do the deeds? Second, does crapping on the lawn constitute a nuisance, especially when the owner lets it just sit and rot? But wait! Even if Dane did the deed, if the landlord accepted rent knowing about the craperia on the front lawn, Dane could still be saved from eviction.
BTW, if it goes to the Supreme Court, we're thinkin' the name of the case would be Really Brown vs. Board of Education.

Scott Barry, the manager of Dane Cook's apartment complex, just squeezed out his testimony -- saying he never witnessed another owner not pick up their pup's nuggets.
Barry also said he received written complaints about Beast's brown burdens, but did not solicit anyone to write them.

The apartment manager in the Dane Cook Poopfest '08 eviction trial apparently has a "smoking" gun.
Tomorrow at 10 AM, jurors will watch video of Dane's dog, Beast, s**ting in the common area of the complex. This, after the manager testified that he posted signs and even slipped a note under Dane's door outlining the pooping rules.
In Feburary 2007, the manager delivered a letter to all pet owners in the building saying 10 piles of "little black poo" were found in the common area. Beast is a miniature pinscher. If the stool fits.....

Dane Cook's lawyer has dog s**t on the brain. He's grilling prospective jurors about their views on dogs and excrement.
Cook's landlord has gone to court, trying to get the "comedian" evicted because his dog habitually craps in the public areas of the apartment building. Dane's lawyer is asking prospective jurors a number of revealing questions, including:
- What's worse. Stepping in gum or stepping in dog poop?
- If you live next to a park and saw dog poop, would you avoid that park?
- Would you confront someone about spitting out gum on the sidewalk or not picking up dog poop in a public place?
- Would you confront a neighbor about picking up after their dog?
UPDATE: -- The s**t has hit the fan! The jury has been selected.
