Danny Noriega is on a short list of people who won't be at next week's "A.I." finale. Also on that list, this guy.
According to a YouTube post (listen to our audio - the video is kinda wonky) put up by the pissy singer, not only was Danny not invited but he was told in an email that he could not attend because, "they were full!" Danny claims he had to call four different people before he was finally given the definitive kick to the curb.
FOX had no comment on the issue.

While his voice may not be inspiring anyone, fallen "Idol" wannabeen Danny Noriega's shag 'do sho' is!
Will Smith's wife, aka Jada Pinkett Smith, showed up to an event on Tuesday in a lovely mullet haircut -- that made her look like Danny's long lost brother.
Save her, Tom Cruise!

Outside Mr. Chow, Danny Noriega said his newfound fame is "grand" -- too bad no one knew who he was....
He mentioned he's already in the recording studio ... but it's more fun trying to keep track of how many hair flips he does by the end of the video.

What would you expect of an outrageous karaoke duet between "American Idol" wannabeen Danny Noriega and Ross, the forever "Tonight Show" intern? It was a gay ol' time!
Danny and Ross managed to assassinate the Joan Jett classic "I Love Rock N' Roll," while karaoking aboard Rosie O'Donnell's "R Family Vacations" cruise. Although Danny tried to put some effort into the song, Ross made the whole thing a big joke, and proudly posted it on his blog.

Fresh from Rosie O'Donnell's family cruise, "American Idol" wannabeen Danny Noriega spent Easter Sunday watching people lip-synch in drag -- and no, he wasn't on the set of a Paula Abdul video!
Danny hit up Oasis nightclub in Upland, Calif. for their weekly Drag Idol contest and posed with one of the fierce hot tranny mess contestants.
Despite looking like a Jessica Alba impersonator, Danny did not enter the competition.

TMZ spies say the "Idol" party last night was fueled with emotion, and a little bitterness for good measure.
We're told booted "Idol" Asia'h Epperson was torn up and overwhelmed, staying only for a few minutes before bolting. Contestants were most upset about Luke Menard getting the ax because they liked him -- they really, really liked him, although his singing kinda sucked.
Although no underage contestants were spotted Lohaning it up, Danny Noriega and Ramiele Malubay were pretty wrecked over his elimination. The two BFFs were inseparable.
Our spies say although all the contestants were there, there was no sign of Randy, Paula, Simon or Ryan. Contestants, meet pecking order.

There are two people unconcerned with all the "Idol" controversy that Danny Noriega's goth video rants and David Hernandez's stripper past have stirred up -- Danny and David themselves!
Sources close to Danny tell TMZ that Noriega is unfazed by all the media attention his video rants are getting. We're told it's a non-issue for the 18-year-old and he chalks it up to just being young. Yeah, but what's his excuse for this week's purple extensions?!
As far as David is concerned, sources close to the 24-year-old say that you wouldn't know there was any scandal surrounding Hernandez based on his current behavior. We're told David has maintained focus and channels all his energy into his music. Sources say David doesn't appear upset and is very professional. People who have received lap dances from David probably consider him a pro too!

"American Idol" wannabe Danny Noriega has issues.
We found out Danny attended Sierra (Continuation) High School in Azusa, Calif., a school dedicated to "at-risk" kids.
The crowd at the school? According to Sierra High's website, students are "significantly behind in credits -- and at risk of not graduating -- who want a second chance to succeed and achieve a high school diploma."
Danny graduated last year, but school sources tell us he had a rough time, working through his "gothic" phase -- that's when Danny boy went on his Christmas video rampage. One source says Danny had "multiple issues" which landed him at the school.

TMZ has unearthed this unbelievable video of former hardcore punk-rocker turned future "American Idol" wannabeen Danny Noriega going off on a crazazy rant on the baby Jesus' birthday.
Noriega posted the salacious nonsense on MySpace in which the sass-master himself sends some pretty disturbing and vile Christmas tidings to the world. Screw you dude!
