LeAnn Rimes and her husband Dean Sheremet are finally calling it quits -- on their massive Tennessee mansion.
We now have a good idea why LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian met up at the Lakers game yesterday -- she probably just wanted to platonically tell him that she's selling her place outside of Nashville, Tenn. for $7.45 million.
According to the Real Estalker, the happy couple moved into the place way back in September of 2008 -- no word where LeAnn ... or her husband ... plan to live next.

LeAnn Rimes went into full-on damage control mode today, sucking face with her husband Dean Sheremet in public.
Of course, it's only been a few days since some scandalous footage hit the web, allegedly showing Rimes kissing her really hot Lifetime movie co-star Eddie Cibrian.
LeAnn and Dean have been married for seven years.

Most Hollywood husbands are trying to cover up their wives' private bits (we're talking to you David Beckham) -- all except LeAnn Rimes and that guy she's been married to for six years.
Who needs an awkward car exit, when you got a husband flashing your Britney for you?!
