Soon-to-be-divorced rockers Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are already splitting up the assets -- and TMZ has learned Deryck's getting the L.A. mansion.
Last week, Avril signed over the deed to the multimillion dollar Sherman Oaks home to Deryck, naming him the new "sole and separate" owner -- just four days after she filed for divorce on October 9th.
But the house also came with a lot of debt -- as of October 14th, there was still over a million dollars left on it to pay off.

Avril Lavigne filed for divorce just last week from Deryck Whibley -- but he doesn't look all that broken up about it.
We got Deryck drowning his sorrows in girlfriend Hanna Beth Merjos' mouth at Tattoo Mania in Hollywood last night, the two looking quite cozy as they kissed and writhed all over a table inside.
Avril's divorce docs say they separated on September 4th -- boy moves fast.

Avril Lavigne understands where those pregnancy rumors are coming from -- it's the same place she had her head buried for so long.
FYI -- The pregnant rumors pretty much began after this picture was taken of Avril inside a grocery store Saturday. Sure looks like she has a bump, but really, who the hell knows anymore.

Tommy Lee didn't like where our line of questioning was going -- so he deflected attention to Sum 41 leader Deryck Whibley.
Also in L.A.: Audrina was mistaken for Heidi (the horror!), Too Short praised Ice T, Dana Delaney was unrecognizable without makeup and Cheryl Burke was almost panty-raided.
In NY: Mary J. Blige made it very clear who she was voting for, Rob Thomas went out with his gorgeous wife and Nickelodeon kid Josh Peck looked all growed up.

TMZ spotted Avril Lavigne and hubby rocker Deryck Whibley shopping up a storm on Robertson Blvd. yesterday ... but could it be for a wee Whiblet or Whiblette?
Consider the evidence: The couple dropped around $500 at Lisa Kline Kids, purchasing everything from a cheetah diaper bag to baby AC/DC tees, and, of course, a camo pacifier holder. Sounds a lot like she's preparing for life to get more complicated. She also made her way down the block to Kitson Kids pick up a few odds and ends too.
What's more, says a TMZ spy, "She definitely looks like she has a bump." Her reps had no comment.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley are usually the ones starting s**t with photogs, but last night, the Sum 41('memba them?!) frontman actually prevented a fight from going to nuclear proportions. Perhaps these two should go to Iran -- please!
The wannabe punk and her hubby were leaving Villa when a shoving match broke out between one of their friends and a paparazzo -- check out how Whibley handles the situation.

Avril Lavigne took a break from spitting at photographers last night, but worry not, her husband Deryck Whibley took over -- this time with possible consequences.
After a night of partying at the grand opening of Area nightclub in Hollywood, Whibley quickly hocked a loogie at one of the cameramen, hitting him in the glasses.
The saliva soaked photog quickly took action though, looking for a cop to report the incident to. However, his effort proved to be futile, as the only policeman nearby simply told him to call the LAPD.
This event follows a two-night tirade from Avril, where she launched an oral offensive on two separate photogs, including one of our own. Spitting on someone is illegal in the US, something the Canadian-born duo should learn, and fast!

Cameramen beware, Avril Lavigne's a spitter!
The "Complicated" singer, never known for her kindness to the paparazzi, hocked a loogie at TMZ's photographer last night in front of Hyde nightclub.
Here's how it all went down: Avril was spotted getting into an SUV with husband Deryck Whibley, and the newlyweds got hot and heavy in the back seat. After getting interrupted by a couple of friends, the photogs went wild trying to get a shot of them.
Lavigne then stuck her head out of the side window, and yelled "Hey f***head, come here" to our cameraman. His gift for responding to her pet name -- her saliva in his camera lens. The group then broke into laughter, with someone in the SUV calling Avril a "bad bitch" before driving off.
Apparently Avril and Lindsay Lohan, who yelled "f*** off and die" to TMZ cameras the other night, have some anger issues!

Avril Lavigne and Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley may be getting ready to be the new "Nick and Jess" as soon as this weekend. Reports say the couple informed family and close friends to get ready to head to Santa Barbara this weekend for a ceremony. Celebrity wedding rumors are difficult to verify and the couple's PR teams won't verify the stories.
However, this latest tidbit follows on the heels of what was purportedly Avril's bachelorette party recently at Koi in LA. Now, this wasn't your typical ladies night out as Deryck was invited too! After opening gifts with friends, including some "naughty nighty"-type stuff, the couple and entourage migrated over to Lobby where they shared the celeb limelight with Jessica Alba and Nicky Hilton.
I wonder if Deryck's boys invited Avril to the bachelor party? I'm guessing no. Of course if the rumors are true that Whibley dated/spent time with Paris Hilton, he's probably sowed plenty of wild oats, hence no need for a bachelor party.

TMZ recently did a story on ex-punker Avril Lavigne and fiancé Sum 41 front man Deryck Whibley back at the beginning of April, in which plans for a summer wedding were revealed. Now although her reps couldn't be reached for comment, there are no imminent signs of these two singing sweethearts calling it quits. (April 5) -- It looks like "punk chick" Avril Lavigne's hellraiser days are over. We're told she's planning a summer wedding with Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley.
A more mature blonde-haired and groomed Lavigne appeared at the Kids Choice Awards last week looking nothing like she did during her 'Complicated' years. And speaking of kids, Avril wants some of her own, and stat.
Lavigne -- who got engaged to her fellow Canadian last summer -- has told her friends to brace themselves for a traditional white wedding at an undisclosed church in Beverly Hills. But the reception will be a different story.
The "lovebirds" plan to have circus performers, comedians and "known" rock bands playing during the celebration. Afterwords, they'll jet-to Paris, then a villa in the South of France.
At the moment Avril, 21, and Deryck, 26, are renovating the house they bought together in Santa Monica. She's already turning one of the bedroom's into a nursery. And with millions in the bank from her best selling albums, 'Let Go and Under My Skin,' she can certainly afford the remodel.
