We've learned actress Diane Keaton was injured on the set of her new film in New York this morning and had to be removed by stretcher.
But have no fear, a rep for Paramount Studios told ET Diane was "taken to a hospital for precautionary tests and has been cleared to return to work tomorrow."

Keanu Reeves was hounded by one fan in NYC yesterday. Too bad that fan, like the audiences of the "Matrix" sequels, was left greatly disappointed.
Also in NY: Thalia got stuck in a revolving door with a Univision news crew, Mr. Big and Steve almost locked lips at the "SATC" after-party, where Sarah Jessica Parker caused utter chaos when she left.
In L.A.: Rosanna Arquette was confused for sis Patricia (at least it wasn't Alexis), Tyne Daly looked old, Debi Mazar led a paparazzi marathon and Diane Keaton opted against valet -- and got herself a parking ticket for it.

Sporting one of her signature mishmosh outfits, which included a hat leftover from the "Annie Hall" wardrobe department, a Santa Claus belt, Bed, Bath and Beyond issued skirt, and Jason Voorhees' "Friday the 13th" motorcycle boots, the 61-year-old beaut showed up to the construction site of her new Beverly Hills home on Tuesday.
It's a hard hat area, indeed!

Curlers be damned, Diane Keaton went shopping in Louisiana yesterday during a break in filming of her latest movie. Perhaps she should wait until her stylist is finished before hitting the town!
An avid shopper and collector, Diane perused the local shops while waiting for her curl to catch up.
Keaton is in Shreveport shooting the heist comedy, "Mad Money," co-starring Queen Latifah and Katie Holmes.

Diane was barefoot, walking around chatting on her phone, and (to top it all off) she was picking her nose. The award-winning actress acted oblivious to the fact that this wonderful moment was being caught on film.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Diane Keaton (in a tuxedo!), and Dermot Mulroney were among the celebrities who turned up to promote this comic film for the holiday season. 'Stone' revolves around a New England family whose favorite son (Mulroney) brings his uptight girlfriend (Parker) home for the holidays.
