Fans Gather to Remember Patrick Swayze

Patrick Swayze fans held a small memorial at the Firefly Cove in Lake Lure, N.C. yesterday to remember the beloved actor.



The site was chosen because "Dirty Dancing" was filmed there.

Swayze died last week at the age of 57 after a 20 month battle with pancreatic cancer.

Patrick Swayze Dies

Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.

Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008. His publicist says he died with his family at his side.

He was the star of such movies as "Ghost," "Dirty Dancing," and "Road House." Swayze was named People's Sexiest Man Alive in 1991.

Lions Gate in "Dirty" Lawsuit

Nobody puts Lions Gate in a corner!

The boutique film studio, partly owned by billionaire "Dancing with the Stars" rejectee Mark Cuban, has smacked a 152 year-old children's apparel company with a lawsuit, demanding they stop selling baby duds emblazoned with one of the most famous movie lines of the 1980s.
