Imagine hearing a pilot ask, "Is there a doctor on the plane?" -- and the person who jumps up is the pumped up, cleavage bearing, sleeve-deficient boob-job specialist Dr. Rey!
Last night in Jersey, the chesty "Dr. 90210" star told us how he sprung into action when passengers suspected an 11-year-old Scandanavian girl was coming down with the swine flu during the flight.
Though he didn't have a quarantine bubble available, Rey claims he did the best he could -- treating the sick little girl with a quick fix of sugar, water and instructed her to get further medical assistance after landing.
It's the second time Rey has "saved the day" during a flight -- back in May '06, the karate expert helped take down an 80-year-old man who rushed the cabin.

The L.A. home of Dr. 90210 -- aka Dr. Rey -- was also pinpointed on the computer seized from suspect Nick Prugo ... but lucky for the good doc, his place was never pilfered.
The yellow thumbtack graphic seen piercing the roof of Dr. Rey's L.A. pad was placed there by someone using the computer -- and judging by the thumbtack that marked burglary victim Orlando Bloom's house ... Dr. Rey may have gotten lucky.
Granted, Dr. Rey is a self-proclaimed black belt ... so his mad skills for whoopin' ass could have scared any potential burglars away.
Rey's wife tells us: "My body is shaking all over. It's so scary! Thank goodness they were caught ... I will have to add extra locks to our doors ... It's very scary that it is so easy to find where people live online."

"Dr. 90210" has a ton of fans ... at correctional facilities all over the country.
Yesterday in Beverly Hills, the good doc Robert Rey read us a letter from incarcerated supporter Rod -- who specifically asked for an 8x10in photo ... which he'll probably hang in his 8x10ft cell.

Dr. Rey -- who always has spare silicone lying around when you need it -- helped explain exactly how slain model Jasmine Fiore was identified by using only her breast implants.
When police discovered Fiore's body, her teeth and fingers had been removed -- and authorities used her breast implants to ID the body.

Dr. Robert Rey is most well known as plastic surgeon "Dr. 90210" -- but he's also a badass karate kid who's serious about his splits. This sidewalk sideshow is nothing short of ridiculous.
