Imagine hearing a pilot ask, "Is there a doctor on the plane?" -- and the person who jumps up is the pumped up, cleavage bearing, sleeve-deficient boob-job specialist Dr. Rey!
Last night in Jersey, the chesty "Dr. 90210" star told us how he sprung into action when passengers suspected an 11-year-old Scandanavian girl was coming down with the swine flu during the flight.
Though he didn't have a quarantine bubble available, Rey claims he did the best he could -- treating the sick little girl with a quick fix of sugar, water and instructed her to get further medical assistance after landing.
It's the second time Rey has "saved the day" during a flight -- back in May '06, the karate expert helped take down an 80-year-old man who rushed the cabin.

"Dr. 90210" has a ton of fans ... at correctional facilities all over the country.
Yesterday in Beverly Hills, the good doc Robert Rey read us a letter from incarcerated supporter Rod -- who specifically asked for an 8x10in photo ... which he'll probably hang in his 8x10ft cell.

The vagina has made a comeback! Dr. Rey was out in Beverly Hills yesterday, where he told TMZ that his schedule for the day included two boobs, one vagina and one butt.
Dr. Rey surprisingly acknowledged that vaginal reconstruction is his third most popular procedure. Hollywood sets the pace for cosmetic surgeries -- so get ready America. New boobs are sooo last year!

TMZ has learned that Dr. Robert Rey, one of the stars on 'Dr 90210,' subdued an elderly man who rushed the cabin on an American Airlines jet.
The incident happened today on Flight 427, headed to Los Angeles from Austin. We're told the elderly man, approximately 80 years old, made a run for the cabin and a flight attendant tried to subdue him. Dr. Rey, who is a karate expert, and another passenger swiftly took the man down.
The plane landed in Los Angeles without further incident at 7:28PM PT.
UPDATE 11:55PM ET: We're told the incident occurred as the plane approached for landing in Los Angeles. The elderly man, of Vietnamese decent, apparently become claustrophobic. After the plane landed he was taken by Airport Police to Harbor General Hospital where he was placed on a psychiatric hold.
