Kimo -- Mug Shots Reveal Self-Destruction

TMZ has just obtained yesterday's mug shot of former UFC superstar Kimo Leopoldo -- and it's just plain sad.

Kimo

TMZ has learned Kimo has a history of legal issues besides the drug and stolen property charges he's facing from an arrest in Tustin, Ca yesterday. Back in '93 he was arrested for assault and battery and in '07 he was arrested for domestic violence.

Since then, he's become virtually unrecognizable -- a shell of the former fighting machine he used to be.

Kimo was released from custody early this morning. No word on when he'll be back in court.

Mike Tyson, Teddy Bear?

Mike Tyson"Iron" Mike Tyson is just one big ol' sentimental softie.

According to a TMZ source, Tyson, who's cleaning up at Wonderland Rehab facility (sometime home to Lindsay Lohan) after a cocaine bust, has been one of the "humblest, sweetest, and most genuinely considerate celebrities" they ever met. Tyson revealed to our source that he was afraid the other residents would hate him for all the wrong that he's done.

Our source also informed us that Tyson "is just another person trying to get his life together," and unlike La Lohan, Mike has received no special treatment.

Village People 'Policeman' Fails to Show for Drug Sentencing

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Victor Willis, the original policeman in the 1970s disco band the Village People, skipped a court hearing where he was due to be sentenced on drug and gun charges and now faces more than three years in prison, prosecutors said.

Willis, 54, was scheduled to surrender on Tuesday after four months on the run but he failed to show up for the hearing in San Mateo County Superior Court, prosecutors said. It was his second no-show.

He was facing a maximum of 16 months in state prison after pleading no contest to charges he had cocaine and a loaded handgun when he was arrested in Daly City in July. Prosecutors said he was on probation for another cocaine conviction at the time.

Willis was freed in lieu of $100,000 bail, but failed to show up for his sentencing hearing in October. His case was featured on the television crime show "America's Most Wanted" in December. The segment is scheduled to re-air in February.

The songwriter and performer left the Village People in the late 1970s. His last known address was a trailer park in Daly City.

Prosecutor Asks Judge to Jail Sizemore

A prosecutor argued in court today that Tom Sizemore violated his probation, but the actor was not taken into custody.

Sizemore's lawyers argued that the amphetamines detected in his urine were actually legally prescribed by his doctor.

Superior Court Judge T.K. Herman scheduled a hearing for Jan. 13 so that Sizemore's lawyers could provide more information about the prescription drugs the actor is taking. If the Judge doesn't buy Tom's argument, the actor could be thrown in the slammer.
