And now the biggest story about Fleetwood Mac since they reunited in 1997: Mick Fleetwood just had the dreaded pig virus, A.K.A. swine flu.

We got the infection-free legend yesterday at LAX -- who said he was down with the sickness just 10 days ago.
Though symptoms include fever, diarrhea and vomiting, Mick says it "wasn't too bad."

Billy Joel is being sued, and for a reason that doesn't include smashing his car into something.
Liberty DeVitto, Joel's former drummer, is laying a beat down on the singer's wallet. DeVitto tells the NY Post he hasn't been paid his proper royalties for over ten years. Shouldn't DeVitto have brought this up a little sooner? Like every two weeks, when normal people get their paychecks?
Devitto was kicked out of the band in 2005--the same year Joel entered rehab.
The ousted drummer tells the paper if Joel would have talked to him "this probably never would have happened."

Rikki Rockett says he'll be having nothin' but a good time after being cleared of felony rape charges.
On his MySpace blog, the Poison tubthumper says he has been "exonerated" of the charge after the Neshoba County, Miss. DA declined to indict him because, among other things, he wasn't even in the state when the alleged incident went down. What's more, Rikki claims he was the victim of an impostor named John Minskoff, whom Rik says is a "career criminal" who impersonated him and sexually pursued the alleged victim.
We've contacted Neshoba County officials for comment, but haven't heard back just yet.

It's been a tough week for Travis Barker. First his soon-to-be ex-wife and his current, er, "friend" Paris Hilton got into a little tussle at a club. Now he's broken his arm. Damn!
According to his publicist, Travis Barker broke his arm while shooting a video for his band +44's song "When Your Heart Stops Beating." A source close to Barker tells TMZ that he actually broke his arm drumming. Wow.
Doctors have ordered the former blink-182er to lay off the heavy lifting -- and drumming -- for at least 8 weeks.
UPDATE: Travis Barker has posted the following message on his MySpace account: "I had every test possible to see what was going on in my arm. The MRI/X-Ray showed I'd been playing with a broken arm for 3 weeks and or possible tumor in my arm ... I've been told to eat meat and change my diet (I've been a vegetarian for 16 years) cause it's making my bones weak. I never thought I'd break a bone from playing my drums too hard/too long."

Juliette Lewis isn't just an actress. Like many folks in her profession, her talents reach beyond the silver screen. The star of such classics as "Cape Fear" and "Natural Born Killers" has been moonlighting with her band "Juliette and the Licks."
Unlike some celebs whose street cred stops with their publicist, Juliette has the backing of one of the world's biggest musical artists. Former drummer of the Nirvana and current frontman for Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl has joined the band as the session drummer for the recording of their second album "Four on the Floor."
Grohl had originally only planned to play on a few demos for the band, yet he was enjoying himself so much he stayed on for the entire album.
The album hits the street October 2nd in Europe.
