Gay Mexican cowboys are all the rage! Ride 'em vaquero!
Sensing that homo Hispanics are Hollywood's next trendy disenfranchised minority group du jour, shirtless "Capote" star Clifton Collins Jr., and "Napoleon Dynamite's" Efren Ramirez's twin brother Carlos joked that they made an "Oscar type" film about "two hot Mexican lovers" called, "Wetback Mountain"/"Brokeback Barrio." I wish I knew how to quit you, papi!
It's too bad no such movie really exists, because it sounds infinitely funnier than Adam Sandler's upcoming faux-gay marriage "comedy," "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry."

Seacrest Out... On The Town!
Ryan Seacrest took his mother to Mr. Chow for dinner on Saturday night. The "Idol" host was all smiles as he greeted waiting paparazzi outside, just missing letter-turner Vanna White and birthday girl Sharon Stone.
From there it was off to Hollywood hotspot Koi, where we spotted "Idol" judge Randy Jackson and "Heroes" star Hayden Panettiere having dinner with friends.
We also stopped by Miss Hilton's pad in the Hollywood hills, running into the heiress herself along with a very thirsty Efren and Carlos Rameriz.
Also out on the town over the weekend: Cheryl Burke, Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis, Dennis Hopper, "Sin City" star Devon Aoki and Stacy Keibler, who was doing a bit of shopping at Kitson.

Paris Flashes Wreak Havoc
TMZ's G-Hollywood trampled through Tinseltown last night, catching the SeenOn.com party at Boulevard 3 nightclub in Hollywood, where he got down with "Laguna Beach" hotties Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad aka LC, Bai Ling, luscious Blu Cantrell, Kim Kardashian, guapito Efren Ramirez, pudgy rapper Andy Milonakis, and J-Lo's ex Chris Judd.
Then it was off to The Social, where we ran into our favorite socialite, Paris Hilton, who had a tough time finding her car. The heiress left the swanky spot hand-in-hand with BFF Kim Kardashian, blinded by flashes as she tried to find her wheels. We also ran into giant Djimon Hounsou, Kevin Connolly, and leggy Stacy Keibler.
