This is Patrick Stump striking a pose for a cop cam early this morning, after he was arrested in Hollywood.
The Fall Out Boy lead singer was busted around midnight on a traffic warrant for driving without a license out of Beverly Hills court.
After he took the mug shot, Stump posted bail and was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station around 4:30 AM.

TMZ has confirmed cops busted Patrick Stump around midnight on a traffic warrant for driving without a license out of Beverly Hills court.
Nothing screams rock 'n' roll like being wanted in Bev Hills.
Stump is currently being held at the West Hollywood Sheriff's station on $15,000 bail.
UPDATE: Stump was released on bail around 4:30am.

What's the secret to Fallout Boy's success among the young kids? Booze. And lots of it.
Pete Wentz's New York City bar, Angels and Kings, has been shut down for a few days for allegedly serving alcohol to minors, Gawker is reporting. The bass player (who moonlights as Ashlee Simpson's baby-daddy/husband) has had some legal trouble in the past -- apparently this is the bar's third violation.
A rep for the bar told us they didn't know anything about the closure -- but the bar's website says it's supposed to be closed yesterday and today for "maintenance issues."
Maintaining what -- a .08 blood alcohol level on underage kids?
A rep for A&K gave us this statement: "There was an outstanding legal issue which the owners are now working to correct."
So there.

The first few weeks of Fall Out Boy's latest concert tour have been delayed, the band announced today, citing "personal issues beyond the band's control."
As part of a statement released today, bassist Pete Wentz said, "Unfortunately, because of some personal issues, we had to delay the tour a few weeks. We want to put on the best possible show we can, and know that this extra couple of weeks will give us the time to put ourselves in the right place to put on the best show we can."
TMZ spoke with a rep at the band's label, Island Records, who assured us, "No one's dead and no one's in rehab." Whew!
The Honda Civic Tour will now kick off on May 11.

What's that smell? Why, it's Ashlee Simpson and a large group of friends at Dolce restaurant in Los Angeles last night.
Ash's group, including Fallout Boy Pete Wentz, was seated in a more secluded patio area of the eatery, as smoke billowed into the main room of the restaurant. It is unconfirmed what they were actually smoking, or if Ashlee was partaking, but according to our inside source, other restaurant patrons brought it to the staff's attention, saying that someone was smoking marijuana. The waiter then asked the party to put it out, and they complied.
The party's total bill was over $750, and the table left a hefty $250 tip -- despite not being able to party in peace. Seems like they were pretty relaxed about not getting their way.
A call to Ashlee's rep was unreturned.

It only takes a few episodes of "Behind the Music" to see how nuts the "rock and roll lifestyle" can be. For some in the business, those experiences are just as important as the music. A few even go far as to say the wild times are what they play for. But, Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz apparently wants no parts of it. The 27-year-old reportedly still lives with his parents, despite his band's big time success, and may not move out at all. "This is the one place in my entire life that doesn't change anymore. Everything is exactly as it was when I was 14. I feel emotionally sheltered, because at the end of the day, when things are going really wrong in my life, this is the only place I want to go." It's hard to believe this is the same guy who just a couple months ago in March seemed more than ready for some debauchery when photos of his private parts buzzed around the net. Maybe the groupies just don't make hot cocoa or tuck him in the way mommy does?
