One girl hilariously -- at least to us -- broke into tears after catching a glimpse of the Jonas Brothers ... but that's nothing compared to the chick who says she got pooped on while waiting to meet 'em.
Also in NY: Martha Stewart got swept up by Jonas Bros. fans, Mama Knowles said Beyonce wasn't preggers and we talked to B herself later that night at a Hennessey dinner.
In L.A.: Cher went out in public, Rose McGowan bashed Congressman Weiner, two of J. Lo's exes were spotted, Bai Ling showed off her new sex toy and Laker fan Fergie left at half time -- missing her team get brutally defeated.

Once the Video Music Awards were over on MTV, the real partying began. Plenty of the evenings biggest stars hit the Atlantic Records post-VMA bash.
Our cameras caught Diddy, Paris Hilton, Snoop Dogg, Fantasia and Lil' Kim (ain't freedom grand?) among the bevy of stars that partied the night away. Earlier in the evening, we caught up with Pharell, Kanye West, Jay-Z and more at pre-VMA parties around Manhattan.
So as you can see, the VMAs are great, but the real partying takes place before and after the big show. Check it out in our VMA edition of Star Catcher NY.

Hyde was filed to the brim with stars last night and Josh Levine was there for all the action.
Topher Grace of "That 70's Show" and the upcoming "Spiderman 3" was caught leaving with a friend. Director/party animal Brett Ratner showed up with a lovely lady on his arm, while Joel Madden showed some love by taking a few pictures with fans.
Joe Francis also showed up at Hyde while Fantasia was spotted at Jaime Foxx's post-premiere party for "Miami Vice."

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Lawyers allowed juror Fantasia Barrino, the 2004 "American Idol" winner, to leave a case in mid-deliberations after learning the singer had to attend a benefit concert in New York.
Barrino, a High Point native who now owns a home in southeast Charlotte, was chosen Wednesday to serve on a Mecklenburg County Superior Court jury in a motor vehicle negligence case.
"People recognized her right away," said Charles Keller, a court system administrator. "Jurors started coming up to her taking pictures with their camera phones and getting autographs."
Testimony took less than a day, and Judge W. David Lee sent jurors out to deliberate late Wednesday, Keller said. But when it became apparent that deliberations would continue into Thursday, lawyers agreed that Barrino was free to go.
Keller said he was among the court employees who had their picture snapped with the celebrity juror.
"She's just really nice, down to earth," he said. "Not at all what you'd expect."
Barrino, 21, was to attend the benefit concert on Thursday.
