Spanish authorities were called when a blubbery mammal in man-panties emerged alongside a hot chick on the shores of Ibiza on Tuesday.
Crime scene investigators identified the swamp thing as rehabbed star Gary Dourdan.
Unfortunately, there was no explaining his repugnant choice in swimwear.

Sensitive singer James Blunt let Gary Dourdan in on a boat party yesterday that had no shortage of flotation devices.
While Blunt played the role of caboose in a topless train, the rehabbed actor and their hanger-ons ignored the views off of Spain's Formentera Island for the nearby attractions.
Perhaps Dourdan was doing some research for his fantasy show, "CSI: Boat Orgy."

Former "CSI" douche Gary Dourdan emerged thicker in L.A. on Wednesday, after copping to drug charges and hitting up rehab last month.
Unfortunately, with his scarf-tie thingy, necklaces, rings, cuff, bracelet, watch and wallet chain, Dourdan is now guilty of possessing way too many damn accessories. Just say no, Gary.

Gary Dourdan pleaded guilty to two of the felony possession charges against him and won't have to serve any jail time.
The first charged against him, for having heroin, was dropped. He pleaded guilty to the possession of coke and ecstasy charges.
Dourdan's mega-lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ he will enter a treatment program -- but it isn't rehab -- that consists of 30 hours of classes which usually meet once a week. He needs to enroll in the classes by June 11 and the charges will be dismissed when he completes the program.
UPDATE 2:10 PM PT: TMZ has learned Dourdan has already enrolled in a treatment program. Talk about not wasting any time!

"CSI" douchebag Gary Dourdan has been charged with three felonies for possession of a controlled substance -- one charge each for heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. 
Dourdan was arrested on April 28 after cops found him sleeping in his car. Gary is due back in court on May 28.

Every time Gary Dourdan gets near a motorized vehicle, he does something wrong.
First, he attacked our cameraman for no reason -- while next to his motorcycle, then he was pulled over for speeding and making his signature illegal U-turn in his Charger, and last month he parked the same car in a handicapped spot -- without a permit.
Last night was no different -- the "CSI" star hopped into a Ferrari (how many rides does this guy own?!) and almost immediately drove over an orange cone, getting it stuck in his tires. Someone get this guy a driver!

Damn the disabled -- if Gary Dourdan sees an open handicapped spot, he's taking it!
TMZ caught the "CSI" star parking in a reserved spot in front of Viktor & Rolf on Sunset last night in L.A. -- though Dourdan's hot rod had no tag or sticker visible!
Once a regularly metered space opened up, Dourdan quickly moved his ride, again escaping a ticket on Sunset Strip. When we asked about how he eluded a ticket during his last run-in with the law when he busted a U-turn in the middle of Sunset Blvd., Gary replied "I didn't do anything wrong."

The police finally caught up with sometimes violent "CSI" star Gary Dourdan last night, but it turns out he wasn't lying after that memorable beatdown a few weeks ago, when he claimed "I know all the cops around here, they're my friends!"
TMZ caught Dourdan ripping away from Hyde last night in his sick ride, banging an illegal U-turn in the middle of Sunset Blvd. and roaring off at top speed. But before he got too far, a police SUV going in the opposite direction took notice, banged a Uey too, and pulled Gary to the side of the road.
By the time TMZ cameras caught up with Dourdan just moments later, the cop was already walking away from the car -- leaving him with only a warning.

Standing in the very same spot where he smacked down a TMZ photog last month, "CSI" actor Gary Dourdan was unusually talkative after spending some time at Hyde lounge last night.
Dourdan was consumed with enthusiasm as he left the Hollywood watering hole around 2:30 AM, rambling on and on ... and on to photogs about everything from politics to marriage to his classic car -- which he got in and drove home.
