Former Kiss guitarist Vinnie Vincent has sued the band several times since he left the group back in 1984 -- but this time he's thrown a cable network into the mix.
Vincent is suing the band, along with A&E Television Networks, for using his image without his permission. According to a lawsuit filed earlier this month, Vincent claims his image was used in a DVD boxed set called "Kissology Volume II." In addition to that, Vincent claims his image was used as part of the "roast" episode of A&E's show "Gene Simmons Family Jewels."
Vincent also claims Simmons defamed him on an A&E show called "Private Sessions," though he doesn't specify what defamatory statements were made.
Vincent is seeking unspecified damages.

While at a book signing on Tuesday, some fool showed Gene Simmons his ridiculous full back tat of all four members of KISS.

Gene was at the Ivy yesterday, where he mugged for the cameras while waiting for his car -- taking pics with children, trash-talking The Donald, propositioning moms -- and then had a run-in with a chick he "dry-humped" back in the day. Class.
He was surprised the kids out front even knew who he was -- he thought they'd confuse him with flamboyant fitness guru, Richard Simmons.

Gene Simmons seems to take any opportunity he can find to lay a KISS on a pretty girl.
The rockwreck was at a promo party for Frank's energy drink at Level 3 nightclub at the Hollywood-Highland complex -- when he put the moves on this "Energy girl." Zap!
Apparently, he still has the energy.

If there's a hot woman around, Gene Simmons can't be far behind.
Simmons was at a business dinner at Mr. Chow last night to discuss his collaboration with Frank's Energy Drink -- and the company definitely did their research -- sending him to meet with the cutest ad rep around!
This is the same guy who has two kids with Playboy Playmate partner Shannon Tweed, and was spotted putting the moves on Rebecca Romijn and her mother last week -- and who claims to have bedded more than 1,000 women. So few?

Mystery better watch his back -- KISS frontman Gene Simmons is handing out pickup tactics on the street!
TMZ caught the aged lothario outside of Home Night Club in NYC on Saturday night, where he helped hookup a sexy, underwear-clad hottie he called his "sister" with a random semi-attractive clubgoer.
Gene's advice worked; by the end of their interaction, the other guy was shirtless.

Shannon Tweed better keep an eye on her man, because Gene Simmons has a wandering eye -- toward flamboyant, tall, built men.
TMZ was at Beacher's Madhouse this past weekend at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas, where the KISS bassist was a special guest. Looking completely uncomfortable, Simmons was pulled onstage by a practically naked Leonid the Magnificent (remember him from "America's Got Talent"?) and the awkward ass-grabbing began.
Enjoy! Gene sure didn't.

Gene Simmons showed off his bass playing skills at a Times Square Guitar Hero 2 event, and honored a fellow shredder.
The Kiss Beast rewarded the skills of a Guitar Hero gamer -- with a custom-made guitar, tricked-out with Guitar Hero controls!
Of course, no Gene Simmons event would be complete without Gene jamming with some ladies on his axe-shaped bass guitar, and then showing off his trademark tongue.
Gene got in a few licks while playing a few licks.

Gene Simmons continued on his "Family Jewels" promo tour by hanging with post-op transsexual nightlife icon Amanda Lepore.
Sporting sunglasses at night and a refurbished stone face, Gene posed with the buxom, scantily-clad former man at a party celebrating the Winter Music Conference in Miami on Friday.
With his eyes nicely healed, hopefully Gene was able to get a good look at Amanda's family jewels -- the ones on her Bedazzled undergarments!

A surgically-healed Gene Simmons took to the marquee of New York's Hard Rock Cafe on Thursday to unveil the assvertising campaign for the second season of his A&E reality show, "Family Jewels."
The 57-year-old KISS frontman, with the help of a bevy of bootylicious babes in black undies, definitely got a rise out of the Manhattan crowd. Bottoms up!

TMZ has exclusively obtained the first brutal image of KISS Army Commander, Gene Simmons, minutes after doctors surgically altered his face. Hotter than hell!
As you may remember from the season finale of Gene's hit A&E reality series, "Family Jewels," both the aging rocker and his longtime girlfriend, Shannon Tweed, underwent his n' hers facelifts. Is that you?!
Shannon originally backed out of the operation when she thought that might have been pregnant. Once she discovered that it was only a false alarm, Gene's better half went ahead with the surgery.
The 57-year-old rocker will broadcast his rough road to recovery on the season two premiere, which airs March 25.

Following in the footsteps of the Osbournes, rock legend and wildman Gene Simmons of KISS, along with his family, will serve as the latest reality family to hit the small screen.
Gene's family is slightly scandalous in certain parts of the country as, unlike Sharon and Ozzy, he's not married. The show will feature his "unmarried" partner of 20+ years and former Playmate of the Year Shannon Tweed and their two children. Like Ozzy, we'll get to see Gene offstage in his Dad persona doing regular Dad stuff like bringing Gatorade to his daughter's soccer games and cheering on his son's band. And, Gene being Gene, we'll see some intimate moments with Shannon like a discussion over Gene's preference for sex over food.
It'll be interesting to see if the couple discusses Gene's reported cavorting with groupies "fans" over the years. At a recent press conference, Shannon opened up a bit on the subject:
"`I am not a stupid girl, nor am I doormat..."`He has never lied to me, and I don't think he cheats.''
But she also reportedly makes a distinction between "emotional cheating and sexual cheating,"' with the latter forgivable as long as it doesn't include the former. Now, that will be one interesting conversation if they get into it. I can hear men's ears perking up around the country and honing their "but it wasn't emotional cheating" defense.
Family Jewels premieres on A&E, Monday, August 7th with back-to-back episodes at 10 & 10:30 PM EST.
