OctoMom Nadya Suleman can rest easily, because her kids are assured of getting hard-earned cash ... thanks in part to Octo-nemesis Gloria Allred.
A judge just granted a petition filed by former child actor Paul Peterson (with the help of Allred), appointing a guardian to protect the 14 piggy banks belonging to OctoMom's kids -- in particular, money the little ones are slated to make filming their upcoming reality show.
Filming begins September 1.

OctoMom is being sued ... but the person behind the lawsuit is keeping their identity a secret!!!
Mega-mouthpiece Gloria Allred is letting everyone know she has been hired in a secret case against Nadya Suleman, but she won't reveal who her mysterious client is or what she is suing over. That is, not until she holds a press conference today at 11:30 AM PT to give away all the juicy details.
All Gloria will say is that she is doing it "in an attempt to protect Nadya Suleman's children."
Selfless as always.
Oh, we'll bring you the press conference live at 11:30 AM PT. Damn you Gloria, you got us again!

So the Gloria Allred just fired off an email to us, saying our story about Rob Lowe was wrong -- you know, the case where Lowe is suing his former nanny, Laura Boyce, for allegedly violating the confidentiality agreement and defaming him.
The judge in the case just shot down Boyce's claim that the confidentiality agreement was not enforceable -- at least, that's what we said. Gloria, who reps the nanny, claims the judge merely denied her motion to throw out Lowe's lawsuit, and didn't rule on the confidentiality agreement.
But Lowe's lawyer, Larry Stein, tells us Gloria is full of it -- that her whole argument was that the case should be 86'd because the confidentiality agreement violated Boyce's First Amendment rights and was unenforceable. Stein says the judge squarely rejected Allred's challenge to the confidentiality agreement.
One thing's for sure -- someone's gonna end up cryin'....

Rob Lowe just won a huge victory in his bitter lawsuit against his former nanny -- and it's a decision that will have a big impact behind closed doors in Hollywood.
Lowe sued Laura Boyce for allegedly violating the confidentiality agreement she signed, by blabbing all over town that the Lowes did horrible things around her. Lowe claims Boyce was telling people his wife, Sheryl, did things like walk around naked in front of the nanny and comment about the penis size of the nanny's boyfriend -- claims the Lowes deny.
In a stunning decision yesterday, the judge in the case rejected Boyce's claim that the confidentiality agreement was invalid, on grounds it violated her freedom of speech rights.
The judge has effectively told a bunch of celebrities it's still safe to hire help and make them sign agreements that they won't spill secrets for fun or financial gain.

The media war is getting nastier between Nadya Suleman and Gloria Allred -- with the cutthroat lawyer going on the "CBS Early Show" this morning to accuse OctoMom of only "burping, changing and loving" the babies "when the cameras are rolling!"

Suleman just fired Angels in Waiting, who Allred reps, for allegedly filing a report against her with child welfare officials -- something Gloria says the nurses are "required" to do.
We hear there are a few porn stars who might be willing to take their place ...

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by OctoMom's nanny to try and remove Gloria Allred from the house.

The call was made on March 17 -- the same day two of Nadya Suleman's octuplets came home.
Allred represents the non-profit organization Angels in Waiting -- which had offered to help Nadya care for the octuplets. Nadya fired them today. Coincidence?

Forget the 42 kids running around the house -- OctoMom's Nanny is freaked out by Gloria Allred ... ALLEGEDLY!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ a woman who identified herself as Nadya Suleman's nanny called 911 last night and said she needed an unwanted guest to leave. Cops tell us when they arrived, Gloria agreed to leave the house and wait outside for Nadya Suleman.
Gloria tells a very different story ... that officers came and went and she remained in the house. Allred says, when Nadya arrived, "I asked her whether or not she had wanted me out of the house. She said absolutely not and that she wanted me there."

TV legal maven Lisa Bloom has just been called as a surprise witness in the Phil Spector murder trial, and she's taking on a key defense witness.

Bloom -- daughter of Gloria Allred, who anchored a legal show on Court TV -- is testifying that the defense witness Greg Sims was full of it. Sims testified Lana Clarkson was extremely despondent -- critical testimony in Spector's defense that she wanted to kill herself -- the theory being the fatal shot was self-inflicted.
Bloom is testifying she's had a conversation with Sims where he totally said the opposite.

Tommy Lee and litigatrix Gloria Allred were one row apart on an American Airlines flight last night from NYC to LAX, and Tommy boy was ready to go all Naomi Campbell on her.
When he got off the plane, Tommy told our papper, "F**k her. I was going to send her a knuckle sandwich." For the record, Tommy was in First, Gloria in Business.
Why the bad blood? Back in '96, after Tommy smacked up a photog, Gloria sued the pants off him and got a big settlement.

Rob Lowe got a break in court today, as a Santa Barbara judge tossed out two of the claims made against him by the actor's former nanny -- neither of which had anything to do with sexual harrassment though.

Lowe will still have to deal with the ten counts that matter -- the juicy sex allegations -- but the two allegations of labor code violations made by 24-year-old Jessica Gibson will no longer be a part of the case.
UPDATE: Gibson's lawyer Gloria Allred tells TMZ, "At the end of the day we still have nine causes of action against Lowe and we are still able to move forward with our case. The core of Ms. Gibson's claims are still completely intact and what happened in court today does not affect Ms. Gibson's ability to recover fully for what happened to her. Despite Lowe's legal maneuvering, he has not been able to affect our ability to proceed with the heart of our case."

Las Vegas may be the City of Sin -- but according to Gloria Allred, Bev Hills is the City of Shims, or women who dress in the "gender uniform of a male."
Women looking like men? Not here.

Gloria Allred has a message for the Bev Hills Hotel -- urine trouble now!
Allred claims her client -- a lady who looks just like a dude -- was "humiliated" when she was thrown out of the women's restroom at the hotel. Allred says her client dresses like a man but proved to security she had right equipment for entry. Nonetheless, Allred smells blood, because the lady was tossed from the hotel.
And here's a shocker -- Gloria's holding a news conference at noon PT with the lady who will be wearing the same getup she wore on the fateful day.
Yes, we'll be live streaming it. Wouldn't miss that for the world.
