"Real Housewife of Orange County" Gretchen Rossi says her late fiance didn't leave her "millions and millions of dollars" -- and she's right, he only left her 2.5.
We got a look at Jeff Beitzel's trust -- amended a month before his death -- and even though Rossi tried to make it look like he didn't leave her much in a "Real Housewives" reunion special, she actually pulled in a pretty penny.
Gretchen was awarded $2,500,000 -- some of which she collected from Beitzel's life insurance policy.
Rossi's not the only one who sounds disappointed about the dough -- we hear some of Beitzel's five ex-wives aren't too happy with her haul either.
FYI -- it seems Rossi's already moved on. She's been spotted recently with Slade Smiley.

Just when you thought "Real Housewives of Orange County" friends turned lovers Slade Smiley and Gretchen Rossi couldn't get any cornier ... he goes and shoves a corn dog down her throat yesterday.

The bell has rung and the gloves are off for Round Two of Gretchen Rossi vs TheDirty.com -- and this time it's over a topless photo instead of compromising bathroom pics.
TheDirty posted a photo yesterday of the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star riding topless in the passenger seat of a car -- and now Gretchen has tagged the Costa Mesa Police Department in to join her in the fight against the website.
We've obtained a letter the CMPD fired over to TheDirty's lawyers, saying they've now launched an investigation over the origins of the photos -- which still remain on the site.
It's the most "real life" drama Rossi has ever been a part of.

It's safe to say Gretchen Rossi is not TheDirty.com's #1 fan.
"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi is pissed off about a photo that was posted online of her on the toilet. Her lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to the TheDirty.com, demanding the pic's removal.
In the letter, Rossi claims the pics were stolen from her and posted without her authorization. The photo is still up on the site.
Here's what we're wondering ... who takes a picture of themselves on the toilet? Just askin' ...
