Taking a cue from his ex-wife, Guy Ritchie hung out with a hot model ... Elle Macpherson.
The 40-year-old former Mr. Madonna and the 44-year-old MILF had dinner in London on Monday and were snapped leaving the restaurant separately.
Chances are he has already said the Elle word.

Kabbalah to Madge: Divorce or Die
The final nail in the coffin that is Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage may have been hammered down by Kabbalah.
An insider who practices Kabbalah at both the L.A. and NYC centers tells TMZ the mystical school of thought teaches, "If a couple has done the spiritual work to earn their soul mate and their current partner is not their soul mate, then universal law says they must split and only two choices remain: divorce or die." Our source adds that Kabbalah does not look down on divorce "because it creates an opening for the other to be with the one they are supposed to be with." Paging Alex Rodriguez!
We're also told the rumors that Ritchie isn't really a follower of Kabbalah are false, because Guy is at the centers all the time, even when Madge can't be there. Our source stresses, Guy has become a spiritual man and is VERY involved with Kabbalah.

Madonna Turns 3.3 Miley's Old
Admit it, two things you never thought would happen -- Madonna turning 50, and her celebrating the cherished moment with husbore, Guy Ritchie.
Our spies were inside Madge's half-century soiree last night at Volstead, a private party nightclub in London's west end. They say about 90 people showed up for Madge's surprise party -- and she was actually surprised -- including her three kids (who came in through the back). Thousands of red roses were everywhere, her table had a caviar-filled crystal ball on it, and sushi, quail eggs, watermelon martinis and giant bottles of Krug Rose champagne were served.
At one point Guy stood up and gave a lovey-dovey speech about her. Madonna followed (refusing a mic because it was too impersonal), and spoke about how much she loved her loyal friends -- then went on a diatribe about Kabbalah that made people lose interest. Imagine that. The shin dig lasted until 3 AM.

No Wedding Ring -- Just a Guy Thing
Everyone's giving Guy Ritchie grief for not wearing his wedding ring -- and pointing to his empty digit as proof that he and Madge are going bye-bye.
But we did some ring-a-ding-digging, and it looks like that's just the way Guy rolls. We scoured the photo evidence, and he hasn't worn any kind of band for years -- in good times and bad. For that matter, a lot of Madge's pics show no bling.
Her rep has denied the couple are heading for Splitsville.

Madge's Musical Men
So Madonna, Guy Ritchie, and baby daddy Carlos Leon are all in NYC as the supposed divorce drama unfolds -- but they're never together, and never in the same place at the same time.
All the action's swirling around Madonna's pad near Central Park -- but when we see Guy bail, that's when Carlos shows up, and vice versa. Meanwhile, when we've spotted Madonna coming home -- no Guy, no Carlos, and definitely no A-Rod.
For her part, Madonna's rep says "Madonna's husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family (not in a last ditch attempt to save his marriage which does not need saving). There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce."
