Unbeknownst to Nabisco or herself, Gwyneth Paltrow became the white creamy filling inside Valentino and longtime partner Giancarlo Giammetti's ORangEo cookie in NYC last night.

We don't like reading too much into photos, but Madonna's best bud Gwyneth Paltrow is clearly saying to A-Rod, "Look dude, I'm not telling anyone you're going upstairs. No one even knows she's in town. Trust me, my lips are sealed."
Gwyneth and A-Rod were at the reopening of the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.
Truth be told, Madonna is MIA.

The New York hotspot where Ashton Kutcher had his birthday party just got word from NYC Department of Health that one of its bartenders was serving that night with Hepatitis A!
Among the patrons on hand at Socialista for Ashton's birthday: Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek and Bruce Willis. They are urged to get a hepatitis shot. The Kutcher bash was held on February 7. The bartender also served up drinks on Feb. 8 and 11.
Hepatitis A is spread by putting something in one's mouth that has been contaminated with traces of fecal matter from an infected person. Symptoms include jaundice, fatigue, abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea. Any patron who hung at Socialista is considered to be at risk, and the Health Dept. says they should get a gamma globulin shot -- pronto!
Bar owners estimate roughly 700 to 800 people may have partied there on those three nights.
UPDATE: Socialista has issued the following statement to TMZ: "Although no additional cases of illness have been identified, the New York City Department of Health is urging customers to get the vaccination as a precautionary measure. We are grateful for their efforts and we will continue to support them in every way possible."

An Indiana Pilates instructor has her clients stretching their hands out, trying to get money ---after running off to Hollywood to handle clients like Madonna and Gwyneth. 
The Indianapolis Star reports that fitness-guru-to-the-stars Tracy Anderson left many of her Fishers Crossing, Indiana, clients high and dry when she left the town for Hollywood. Clueless clients reported showing up for class this past May to find a note posted on the studio door announcing that the space was closed for equipment maintenance and repairs, but the studio never re-opened. And, says the paper, the workout wunderkind left town without refunding clients for pre-paid classes.
Anderson's lawyer, Jack Hittle, says that his clientis offering to pay her former customers 75 percent of the amount of their claims, but many are still falling off their stair climbers in anger.
This is not the first time that Pilates princess has been in legal trouble. In 2005, she was ordered to pay $450,000 to past landlords. Anderson filed bankruptcy to avoid paying their judgment. Last year a former student of Anderson's filed a $100,000 lawsuit against her and that legal action is still pending. 
And the fitness diva's failure to pay up in a previous lawsuit resulted her being jailed briefly in December of last year.
Anderson is currently the target of an investigation by the consumer protection division of the Indiana attorney general's office.

A knee injury is not going to keep Gwyneth Paltrow from shopping!
The aviator-lensed Oscar-winner was seen hobbling into Maxfield boutique on Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood on Monday, accompanied by her tiny caretaker and the fruit of her womb, three-year-old daughter Apple. Paltrow fractured her right knee and has had arthroscopic surgery, a rep confirms.
Paltrow is taking some recuperative time off from her current project, "Iron Man," where she's starring alongside Robert Downey, Jr. and Terrence Howard.

Who knew? Our spies caught the pair at Orso restaurant in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Well actually, our spies first spotted Ross Mathews sitting alone having some drinks while patiently waiting for his gal pal. When G finally arrived, the pair were like two high school girls giggling up a storm.
Paltrow and her pal met four years ago when Ross was sent to London on assignment for "The Tonight Show." He interviewed Gwyneth, they went shopping for posh duds and have been friends ever since.
One thing our informant pointed out, "Ross looked amazing!" The witty and charming intern can be seen on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club -- our guess is he's lost at least 30 pounds. Way to go, gurl! But if you wanna keep it off while waiting for your friends, try water -- alcohol can sure add the lbs.!

Oprah Winfrey will not be amused at Jamie Foxx's recent riff on those Oprah - BFF Gayle King gay-love rumors (which the friends have studiously and repeatedly denied).
At a tribute to Will Smith on Sunday, as Rush and Molloy report, Foxx told Will, "I was talking about you the other day. I was laying in bed with Oprah, and I turn over to Gayle and I say, 'You know what?'" The "howls" of laughter muffled the kicker line, but the damage was done. Foxx says he hopes Bravo cuts the joke from its broadcast.
Meanwhile, Gayle King wants everyone to know that she was not talking about Oprah the other day on her XM Radio show when she was talking about her "closest friends" using the N-word. "I was not talking about Oprah, Stedman [Graham] or Maya [Angelou]," said King to Page Six. "People act like I have no other friends than Oprah ... I no longer think that [using the N-word] is a good thing." Gayle adds that she's "mortified" by the mini flap.
