It appears Hayden Panettiere's traded Milo Ventimiglia for Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend -- Pink Taco and Viper Room owner Harry Morton.
Harry -- who dated LiLo before she went to rehab -- hung out with Hayden in Malibu yesterday.
Tomorrow the 32-year-old "Heroes" star turns 20. Cheers!

Lindsay Lohan's ex, Harry Morton, doesn't want to be seen in public with Kimberly Stewart.
The not-yet-confirmed couple was spotted coming out of Beverly Hills Pimps & Hos on Sunday, where Harry, owner of the Pink Taco restaurant chain, covered his face with a sweatshirt in an attempt to block photogs from getting a shot of him with Stewart.
Is he ashamed of downgrading from La Lohan to D-lister Kimberly Stewart?

Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton were all smiles in front of Hyde nightclub last night, but TMZ has learned that inside the building, the former couple exploded into a heated screaming match.
Moments after the two exchanged a few choice words in front of packed house, they proceeded to act as if the whole thing never happened. Harry could be seen laughing and joking with friends outside the club, while Lindsay flashed a giddy smile as she escorted a friend inside.
This is just the latest in a string of problems for Lohan. Early yesterday morning, Lindsay crashed her black Mercedes while leaving (where else) Hyde nightclub. A few days before that, Lindsay almost had another wreck when she was forced to slam on her brakes before nearly running a red light.

TMZ's cameras and G-Hollywood stopped by all of our favorite spots over the weekend to bring you yet another celeb-packed Star Catcher.
One of our first stops was at the L.A. premiere of "Babel," where we ran into its two stars; Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. Brad, sans Angelina, gave TMZ a quick shoutout while Cate stopped to pose for the cameras.
Then it was time to check out the club scene, whose guestlists were filled with familiar names, but the rooms were filled with unfamiliar faces. Stopping by Area, Hyde and Les Deux, we spotted our favorite heiress, who was once again with "Girl Next Door" hottie, Elisha Cuthbert. Comedian Jamie Kennedy, Brody Jenner, reality star Kristin Cavallari, Stacy Keibler, Sean Stewart, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, MTV host Nick Cannon, party girl Lindsay Lohan, Harry Morton and former Laker Rick Fox, who had a few Sharon Stone rumors to boast.

Harry Morton, Lindsay Lohan's ex -- depending on who you believe, was spotted admiring the rims on former NBA star Chris Mills' car.
Morton and Mills ran into each other on ever trendy Robertson Blvd. on Friday, where the two compared notes on their love for customizing their classic cars. Mills owns 310 Motoring, a LA automotive customization shop popular with celebrities.
But Harry gave Chris more than he bargained for when he bent down to check out Mills' red rims and revealed his plumber's crack.
Despite strawberry cocaine's comeback on the Hollywood scene, Harry proves once and for all that crack is whack!

Lindsay Lohan confirmed to photographers that she is still dating Harry Morton just days after Harry told Extra that the two were "taking a little breather right now."
When asked "Lindsay, are you still seeing Harry?" the actress responded with a simple "Yes."
"You are?" asked the paparazzo. "Yes," said Lohan again.
A clear response, but it doesn't quite square with Harry's comment earlier this week that the two were "slowing things down." Someone here is putting a spin on the truth.
Lindsay was also asked about Paris Hilton's former boyfriend Stavros Niarchos, who she was spotted macking on over the weekend.
"You guys are just friends, right Lindsay?" said the photog.
"Yes," came Lindsay's response.
All she did was say "yes" three times, but sometimes that's all it takes to get the gossip biz buzzing.

Though Lindsay Lohan told cameras on Monday she's still with boyfriend Harry Morton, he's got a different story.
"Lindsay is an amazing girl and we're just sort of taking a little breather right now," Morton told "EXTRA" correspondent Carlos Diaz, adding the two are "slowing things down."
The pair garnered a lot of attention from the paparazzi, something Morton took issue with. He tells Diaz, "There's just a lot of pressure sometimes, it can screw things up, the media getting involved, it always makes it more difficult."
Harry's also slamming reports he bought La Lohan an engagement ring in August while cameras caught him shopping at Cartier. His actual purchase that day -- a lighter.
Though his personal life may be having a rough patch, his Pink Taco restaurant chain is taking off. With one in Las Vegas and another in Scottsdale, AZ, Morton plans to expand the chain to at least six other locations, with one in Los Angeles opening in January 2007.

Lindsay's recent breakup with Harry Morton seems to have a taken its toll on the party girl.
TMZ obtained paparazzi footage from Tuesday night where Lindsay was spotted at a 7-11 with her friend, hairstylist Andy LeCompte. While Andy was inside shopping, the paparazzi tried talking to Lindsay. What they got was a stream of almost unintelligible mumbling from what seems like a girl going through a heart break.
"Seriously this is a little much right now... please just leave me alone"
When Lindsay's pal does return and and they drive off, Lindsay flashes her patented peace sign to the paparazzi who exclaim, "You rock!"
Hopefully these Morton blues pass because we can't wait to get our old cursing Lindsay back.

Does Lindsay Lohan really live in a hotel?
It's true, Lauren -- Lindsay currently resides in a hotel. But it's a fabulous hotel! The Chateau Marmont is where she calls home these days after having put her West Hollywood condo up for sale for $1.9 million at the end of this summer. While filming for the flick "Georgia Rule," Lohan finds it easier to shack up in the Sunset strip's swanky hotel.
Lindsay and her loverboy Harry Morton are currently on-again-off-again right now, but take a look at what Ms. Lohan is up to during her off-again phase.

The significant other-related paraphernalia has apparently replaced the well-choreographed photo op as the new way to let people know that rumors of your breakup are untrue.
Lindsay Lohan was out in Beverly Hills yesterday, sporting her now-famous cast on her left arm -- and a hat that simply read, TEAM HARRY. We're guessing Lindsay wants everyone to know she and Harry are still together -- or she completely supports his dumping of her. But that doesn't seem likely.
In fact, when photogs were done following Lindsay in and out of Cartier, they even asked her if the pair was still on. "Yeah," she curtly shot back before pulling away.
Speaking of pulling away, Lindsay, who has a history of driving problems, said "Get out of the way of my car" repeatedly to photogs as she was getting in.
Rumors of Lindsay and Harry's breakup came out last week, and two nights ago sources tell us she was making out with Paris Hilton's ex, Stavros Niarchos, at a club in Hollywood.
On again? Off again? You decide.
UPDATE: Sources, and a few astute TMZ readers, tell us that Lisa Rinna sells TEAM HARRY hats at her boutique, Belle Gray, to support her hubby, Harry Hamlin, on "Dancing with the Stars." Maybe Lindsay is a reality TV fan?

TMZ's cameras were all over Hollywood this weekend to bring you another action-packed Star Catcher.
The first place we stopped by was celeb favorite Mr. Chow, where we caught up with funny man Eddie Murphy, Pat O'Brien, and Oscar-winning actress Geena Davis.
From there we were back at our usual stomping ground, Hyde, where it's always going off. Stars in attendance that night include David Spade, "Scrubs" star Donald Faison, Jason Statham and Lindsay Lohan with (or without depending on who you talk to) Harry Morton. We also spotted Courtney Love who posed for a couple of quick shots.

Lindsay Lohan may be on the mend after breaking her wrist last week, but she doesn't want to talk about it. After getting some "sun" at Sunset Tan, Lohan was swarmed by photographers, doing her best to avoid eye-contact with the flash-happy group.
Laughing off comments like, "You in a lot of pain Lindsay? We're there for you," Lohan tried to hide the cast on her left arm with a sweater.
The onslaught of photogs didn't end there though, with the group only growing larger as she ate at Il Fornaio with boyfriend Harry Morton and another friend. After eating, the female friend came out to warn the group, "you guys all have to stay back, like I don't want anyone within 10 feet of her."
The paparazzi, ever ones to follow instructions, ignored the request and circled La Lohan as she got in her car and drove off.

We start out the night with Janice Dickinson, the self-titled "World's First Supermodel" and you wouldn't believe what she wanted in exchange for her beanie.
Following her into Hollywood hotspot Hyde were Jack Osbourne and Harry Morton, who was hitting all the clubs sans girlfriend Lindsay Lohan, who is out of town.
Paris Hilton also showed up with her entourage to continue celebrating the release of her new CD, while Andy Roddick obviously had somewhere to get to STAT.
TMZ also caught up with Lil' Jon, who was in great form outside of Element, another Hollywood joint.

Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton spent last week in Hawaii getting down and dirty while they tanned.
Knowing the paparazzi was watching their every move, the two love birds didn't shy away from holding hands, intensely kissing and making sure everyone knows they truly are in love.
After the couple had their fill of fun in the sun, they headed home to LA for a short stop off before re-packing their bags and heading overseas to Venice, Italy.
In Venice it wasn't La Lohan's outfit that caught people's attention, it was the ring she was sporting on her ring finger - fueling more rumors of an engagement or future wedding.
Lohan and her boy toy are in Italy for a photo op for "Bobby," in which she co-stars with Hollywood heavy hitters Anthony Hopkins, William H. Macy and Helen Hunt.

Former party queen Tara Reid has been officially dethroned. The former "Taradise" star was humiliated in front of a crowd of eager partygoers when she was denied entry into an ultra-trendy Hollywood club. Adding insult to injury, as the defeated actress waited on the sidewalk, former BFF Paris Hilton breezed past her and right into the club with her new gal pal, Kim Kardashian. Oh Snap!
