It's the newest craze sweeping through Hollywood -- celebrities with Swine Flu!!!! And now two new members are on the infectious bandwagon!

CNN's chief medical expert Dr. Sanjay Gupta just got over his bout with the Swine Flu -- and Marilyn Manson just announced that he's got S.F. right now!
"Harry Potter's" Rupert Grint had it ... "The Early Show's" Harry Smith thinks he has it ... and Lisa Rinna claims her entire family got down with the sickness. It's a full blown trend!
According to Manson, he didn't contract it by "f**king a pig" -- we're guessing Gupta didn't either.

The kid who plays Vincent Crabbe in the 'Harry Potter' movies just lucked out in London court -- getting 120 hours of community service for a drug charge that could have scored him 14 years in the slammer.
Jamie Waylett -- who appears in all six "Potter" flicks -- was busted back in April when cops found eight bags of weed in the car in which he was riding. Cops searched his mom's place after and found 10 marijuana plants.
Waylett pleaded guilty last week. The judge yesterday said he accepted that the cultivation was on a small scale and for the actor's own use.
UPDATE: We're told by the Ministry of Justice in London, his community service could include clearing graveyards, cleaning graffiti, picking up trash, chopping down overgrown trees clearing, leaves and clearing ditches.

The kid who plays Vincent Crabbe in the "Harry Potter" movies could be heading to Azkaban wizard prison soon -- he just pled guilty to growing magical marijuana plants inside his mother's London home.
Jamie Waylett -- who plays the school bully in all six "Potter" flicks -- was popped in April after cops found eight bags of weed in the car in which Jamie was riding. Cops then searched Waylett's mom's place and found 10 pot plants.
Waylett will be sentenced on Tuesday -- he faces up to 14 years in the slammer.

One of the school bullies from the "Harry Potter" movies must have taken a botany class at Hogwarts -- cause cops say the 19-year-old was keeping a weed garden in his home.
Jamie Waylett, the guy who played Vincent Crabbe in all five Potter flicks, was arrested in London on Thursday after cops say they found eight bags of weed in a car Jamie and another man were in.
Later that day, cops tell TMZ they raided Jamie's home -- where officials say cops found a bunch of plants "believed to be cannabis plants and equipment for the cultivation of plants."
Waylett and the other man are due back in court in July.

Two weeks after his "Harry Potter" stunt double, David Holmes, hurt his back doing an aerial stunt, Daniel Radcliffe was spotted leaving the hospital where Holmes has been laid up.

Radcliffe was in NYC when the accident occurred on the UK set of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows."

With Robert Pattinson being the new Zac Efron, it looks like teenage girls aren't the only ones who have forgotten about all things "High School Musical."

Not only was Zac Efron greeted with little fanfare at LAX yesterday, but one of the photogs even confused him for that kid who played "Harry Potter."
Zacy boy needs a non-Disney role quick or he may be in the "Twilight" of his career!

Daniel Radcliffe must have had some kind of magic stick up his butt the other day in NYC -- because he snubbed a huge group of Potterheads outside the New York Times building. Even Will Smith stops for all his fans!
Might want to try that cloak of invisibility next time.

When you think "Harry Potter," you think of an evil, Occultist, pagan, heathen devil, don't you?

Well, in this lawsuit, a Missouri librarian refused to push the Potter books on kids because she was afraid that The Boss -- the Almighty One -- would bring his fury on her and cast her out if she did. Unfortunately, she ended up incurring the wrath of the boss -- the one who pays her rent -- and got herself canned as a result.
So now Deborah Smith has invoked the help of the highly secular ACLU, which is helping her sue the Poplar Bluff Library for money. You know, the earthly kind. Amen.

The only person larger than producer Rick Rubin (who has mixed and mastered music for Jay-Z, the Chili Peppers, and Johnny Cash) is his towering, long lost twin -- Rubeus Hagrid from Harry Potter! Blimey, what a beard!
Rubin strutted into Mr. Chow, looking more like Rowling's giant groundskeeper than a heavyweight producer! Rick's influence in the music industry is vast, having produced Run-DMC's "Raising Hell" in 1986 -- and he hasn't missed a beat since -- last year producing two of the five Grammy-nominated Best Albums of the Year.
He's a huge success!

Emma Watson's on her way to being a starlet ... but she's not ready to flip-off the paparazzi -- yet.
TMZ cameras spotted the "Harry Potter" teenage witch shopping at celeb favorite Kitson on uber-trendy Robertson Blvd. yesterday, where she was quick to throw a wave to photogs snapping her pic. When a few cameramen started asking her to give them the finger, Watson just kept smiling, clearly not understanding the thick American accents of the photogs.
Maria Menounos, who was doing an interview with Watson, explained what paps were asking her to do, and Emma cracked up, shaking her head and saying, "No!!"
She's still got a lot to learn.

With names like Harry and the Potters, Draco and the Malfoys and The Hermione Crookshanks Experience it appears that the Harry Potter phenomenon will be around for a while. These Harry Potter influenced bands have brought a whole new sound to the world of Hogwarts.

The pioneers and most successful in this new music genre is Harry and the Potters, a band comprised of two brothers whose mantra is everyone should read books and then pick up instruments (regardless of whether or not you can play) and sing about it. "HatP" play around the Boston area where they are based, but in the summer they take their show on the road. Their venue of choice? Why- libraries of course.
This past tour they invited Draco and the Malfoys to join them. Draco's harder sound goes hand in hand with the character who serves as the arch-nemesis of Harry in the famous children's books.
The bands prescribe to a DIY (do it yourself) style, booking their own shows and pressing their own CDs, and have also built a grass roots following using MySpace as their very own Wizard Rock central.
So if you're feeling a little down while you wait for the next "Harry Potter" book or movie, download some Harry and the Potters and rock the night away.

Admit it, you love the "Harry Potter" movies. The movies transcend age groups and have spawned millions of wizards-in-training. So are the much beloved tales about to lose one of its most important stars?

That's the situation Emma Watson has potentially created with her inability to make her mind up about signing up for the last two films. Emma, who plays Hermione Granger told Newsweek on a recent visit to the "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" set, " I don't know yet... I love to perform, but there are so many things I love doing."
Now before everyone panics and starts hiding beneath their invisibility cloaks, producer David Heyman says that Emma went through the same questioning process before signing on for the third and fourth films and he is cautiously optimistic that she will sign on for the last two.
Just to ease the situation, it might help if you keep your fingers crossed, your dragons in a row and chant a few spells and hopefully Hermione will stay enrolled at Hogwarts for a few more years.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Author J.K. Rowling says writing the seventh and final Harry Potter book is fun.
She says she's well into the writing process -- and that ending the series that's been a worldwide publishing phenomenon is liberating.
Rowling is in New York to appear tonight and tomorrow at Radio City Music Hall for a reading, along with authors Stephen King and John Irving. It's her first U-S visit since 2000.
Irving says he and King consider themselves "warm-up bands" for Rowling. They're assuming the crowd at the readings will be much younger than those who read their work.
