Hilary Duff's dad will be spending up to ten days in jail -- all because of a fight over cash for Hilary's birthday party.
According to Houston Chronicle, mama Duff dragged her ex into court today -- and this is no joke -- to ask for $25,000 to throw a party for Hilary's 21st birthday -- because that's what they spent on Haylie's 21st bday two years ago.
After the judge told Bob he had to shell out $12,500 for the bash -- he decided to sentence Bob to 10 days in jail for contempt of court for selling assets without court approval to the tune of $367,537.
When Bob was cuffed, mama Duff supposedly mumbled "This isn't what I wanted." Apparently all she wanted was a whole lot of money -- something her kids have already made themselves.

D-list hottie Nick Zano must be taking errand boy lessons from Tom Brady.
The shirtless muscle hunk moved boxes into girlfriend Haylie Duff's house on Tuesday.
Now all Nick needs are Tom's career, money and supermodel GF.

Who says young stars don't eat? The Duff sisters decided to grab a little attention with their food Friday night at Mr.Chow, creating a pap swarm as they were leaving. The two are beginning to look exactly alike!

The Duff girls found a better way to foil paps from getting a picture than by taping tin foil to the windshield -- they hired a driver who'll try to block the shots!
The Duff driver tried to block the photogs from getting pics of his precious cargo as Haylie celebrated her 23rd bday with a dinner at STK and a trip to the Chateau Marmont.

The famous-by-association Duff sister, Haylie, was spotted in L.A. spending some quality time with Kristin Cavallari's hottie ex, Nick Zano. What's not to like about him?!
One thing's for sure, if you're going to feed on someone else's leftovers, it better be top quality filet -- and that Nick surely is. Yummm.

Hilary Duff's sister was spotted in Malibu over the weekend, sporting a new accessory. A man!
The older Duff was arm-in-arm with a scruffy new chap.
Just who is this mystery man?
UPDATE: Mystery solved! A couple of astute TMZ readers identified Haylie's man as Charlie McDowell, son of Mary Steenburgen and former husband Malcolm McDowell.

The other Duff sister was leaving Opera last night, and was greeted with a ton of flashing lights from paps. Wait, do people realize which Duff girl this is?!
Usually the happy Hilary Duff is the sister getting all the attention, but last night all lenses were on Haylie, while Hil was no where to be found. The older Duff, looked almost bewildered that cameras were focused on her. Maybe it was a case of mistaken identity!

Hilary and Haylie hobnobbed at Les Deux last night, armed with a mouthy mate who had an eerie resemblance to Nicole Richie.
Nicole's fiery clone barked at the swarm of photogs, constantly cursing as she helped the Duff girls and five friends clown-stuff themselves into an automobile.
Evil Nicole was in full-on freak-out mode, as she flipped off the cameras saying, "They can't publish any of this."

"King" magazine cover girl Kim Kardasshian -- whose top is starting to match her bottom -- chatted with a TMZ camera about joining the Pussycat Dolls for their upcoming Vegas show.
Also at Area were "That '70s Show" actress Laura Prepon and celebuspawn Brody Jenner, who drove off wearing a Jack Daniels t-shirt. Warning sign?
L.A. restaurant Koi exgorged faux doctor Zach Braff and plumping champ Mike Tyson. Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge held a mini photo shoot following the "Teens Choice Awards" after party at Area -- while a trim Jessica Simpson and horse-toothed Haylie Duff partied at Les Deux.
Brooke Shields hosted a benefit for the Art of Elysium at the French Connection Beach House in Malibu and was spotted playing in the ocean with some happy tots. Also in Malibu: ATL rapper/actor Ludacris.
"Teen Choice" award winner Sophia Bush was spotted leaving Jerry's Famous Deli and says she "has never met" Kevin Federline. Good for her.

Cabana in Hollywood was safe from world destruction as cast members from "Heroes" made an appearance. Masi Oka showed autograph seekers some love. Save the fans, save your show! Also on the scene being friendly to folks was co-star Adrian Pasdar and his Dixie Chick wife, Natalie Maines, giving out free hugs.
Tyrese was spotted as he was solicited by some old dude to go for a ride. Hitchhiking can be bad for your health! And a so-handsome-you-wanna-slap-your-mama rapper, Common, was seen at a Target event at One Sunset along with Kanye West and "Reno 911's" slimmed down Niecy Nash. Get em' girl!

Disco Cisco Adler was seen Tuesday night, kissing all over Paris Hilton, but as he left Les Deux, he was sooooooo over it! When asked how Miss Hilton she was doing, Adler blew off the question. How ballsy!
DJ Sam Ronson was seen outside Hyde, doing her best Run DMC impression. Elsewhere in La La Land, Haylie Duff and a very creepy Nicole Richie look-alike were spotted outside a Tweety Boutique Launch party.
And in New York, the Coreys were at Marquee to "celebrate" their show, and to fete Feldman on his 36th birthday. All this and more in today's bicoastal birthday blitz edition of Star Catcher!

Rumored Hilary Duff boyfriend Frankie Delgado was spotted outside Koi last night -- but one of Duff's buddies told TMZ he was in a much less savory location.
Cameras caught the Duffster heading into Joseph's last night, where she was immediately swarmed by crushing paps. As she pushed her way through the group, TMZ's photog asked where Frankie was. Hilary kept quiet, shooting the camera a dirty look as her eloquent friend yelled out "he's up my ass" while flipping off the photog. What would Lizzie Maguire say?!
Haylie was just as responsive when asked where her rumored boy, Brody Jenner, was, flashing a smile and laughing as she took off into the club.

The confusing foursome of Hilary & Haylie Duff with Brody Jenner & Frankie Delgado finally appears to have paired off.
After two weeks of denying hookups, it looks like Hil Duff may have settled for "24/7" punk Frankie Delgado, the two of them were snapped holding hands as they tried to sneak out the back door of Hyde last night.
Duff and Delgado then tried to hide their faces from photogs with a black t-shirt -- with Brody and Haylie not caring as much about the unwanted attention.

Somehow, Brody Jenner convinced not one, but both of the Duff sisters to go home with him last night -- playing with fire indeed!
TMZ cameras snapped Hilary and Haylie Duff hopping into the back seat of Brody's buddy Frankie Delgado's Range Rover (remembah him from "24/7"?), with Delgado and Brody sitting up front. When Delgado was asked if he was dating Haylie, he said they were just friends ... though there was no word from Hilary and Brody.
Those Duffs must have been suckers for the gun show Brody was putting on -- with his Joey Russo inspired sleeveless plaid shirt. Whoa!

No that's not a wig ... Kelly Osbourne's hair is now pink. Kinda like mom!
TMZ spotted Ozzy's daughter trotting into Hyde last night, premiering her new Manic Panic-inspired locks. And proving that even Young Hollywood gets carded at the door, Osbourne had to show her passport to get past the velvet rope.
Hilary Duff was looking absolutely fantastic, with sister Haylie in tow at the afterparty for the premiere of "1408," Hilary told our cameras that the movie was "terrifying." Samuel L. Jackson, who's in the Stephen King flick, was at the party as well -- and on his way out, he refused to sign for autograph hunters.
Across the country in NYC, Nick 'n 'Ness were spotted leaving the Hotel Gansevoort, with Vanessa telling her man she was feeling a bit sick. Sarah Jessica Parker was silent when spotted on the street, but Vanessa Williams chatted to TMZ cameras outside of "Live with Regis & Kelly" about Paris Hilton's incarceration.
Also out: a swarmed Enrique Iglesias, an energetic Vince Vaughn at the Saddle Ranch and Rachel Hunter, who made a quick dash out of Mr. Chow.
