TMZ has learned former Hollywood madame Heidi Fleiss survived a high-speed, window-smashing, Toyota-flipping car wreck back in June -- and then proceeded to make the whole thing part of an upcoming reality show.
Sources close to Fleiss tell us it all started when Heidi got into a fight with a castmate during a taping of "Celebrity Rehab" in Los Angeles. Heidi was so upset, she ditched the production and got a ride back to her home in Pahrump, NV. But during the trip home, the car swerved and hit a dirt patch, causing it to flip several times.
The Nye County Sheriff's Office -- located near Pahrump -- tells us Heidi wasn't driving when the SUV lost control ... but she was in the passenger seat and thankfully wearing a seat belt. We're told Heidi and her friend suffered some minor scrapes and bruises -- but essentially walked away with no serious injuries.
But here's the catch -- sources tell TMZ a camera crew showed up to the crash scene the very next day and shot the site for "Celebrity Rehab." In classic Hollywood form, we're told VH1 didn't want people on the show talking about the accident publicly .. hoping to keep the story arc on the down-low until it airs sometime in the near future.
A rep at VH1 had no comment.

It's been 70 days since his last arrest -- and actor Tom Sizemore is already back behind bars!
TMZ has learned the former "Black Hawk Down" star was arrested in L.A. late last night after an argument with a woman allegedly became physical.
Sizemore was taken into custody and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence. His bail was set at $20,000.
As of now, he's still in custody.
Tom is no stranger to domestic violence -- back in 2003 he was convicted of hitting then-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.

"Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" -- the show that exploits celebrities who are battling addiction -- is now exploiting a celebrity who has already battled addiction.
We've learned Mackenzie Phillips -- who entered rehab for the 10th time in September 2008 -- will appear on the third season of the show as a "sober coach." Phillips was busted for cocaine in August 2008, but had the majority of the charges against her dropped -- and the final charge will be dropped when she completes a drug diversion program. By all indications, Mackenzie has done a complete 180 and says the arrest saved her life.
The role of "sober coach" on the show was previously played by Gary Busey -- and we know how that turned out.
And we know the other new cast of characters. Let's just say Mackenzie has her work cut out for her.

One of them used to accept money for sexual services.

Snapped out getting her hair did in Bev Hills yesterday, it appears times sure are rough for Heidi Fleiss -- and we're not just talking about her face.
It must he hard out there for a pap too, because one hit her up for a job at her stud ranch in Nevada.

The happy ex-con lovers locked their do-you-know-where-they've-been lips and rekindled their fairytale romance in a room at a friend's Hollywood home.

There's a new face of evil in Gotham City!
While Heath Ledger is stepping into Jack Nicholson's clown shoes to play The Joker in the upcoming Batman sequel, "The Dark Knight," TMZ would like to throw in a few names to be considered for any future incarnations.
Kelly Osbourne, the late Leona Helmsley (through the magic of CGI) and former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss all have the chops for the part!

Could things look any worse for Black Hawk Down actor Tom Sizemore? Already in prison on a 16-month bid for violating probation in relation to an L.A. methamphetamine case, the seismically screwed Sizemore is once again in court. This time, he's trying to overturn a 2003 corporal injury conviction for an assault on his then-girlfriend, "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss.
A plastic surgeon testified that when he examined the former Hollywood Ho-Manager in the days after the supposed assault, he didn't see bruises on Fleiss' face. Surgeon Michael Cardenas testified that Fleiss and Sizemore seemed to be getting along.
Sadly, Sizemore faces up to six additional years behind bars if convicted of other pending drug-related charges.
The two felonious former lovebirds dated for two years.

Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss is running a business she knows something about -- getting a load done. She opened her "Dirty Laundry" laundromat this past weekend in Nevada, just about one hour away from Las Vegas. Get it done, girl!
As she explained on the FOX News' "Big Story with John Gibson", "The demographics of the community fit the statistics of a successful Laundromat. So why not try something I've never done before?" Sounds too good to be true, right? Correct!
Fleiss' big biz is yet to come; she's planning to open a legal brothel -- where the customers are ladies! "I have had maybe over 300 women ready to buy memberships and plenty of men have applied ... and let me tell you ladies out there, they won't let you down!" But the madam cautions, "Without Viagra we couldn't do it!" She's boned up on business!
Even though she claims "it's uncharted waters for me because I'm used to the other way around," her new biz is supposed to be, er, up and running in 60 days.

Just when you thought Heidi's face couldn't get any weirder, artist David Gilmore has created an illustrated mock ad for the former Hollywood madam's coin-operated laundromat "with benefits," Dirty Laundry. Girlfriend could use some softener!
Sadly, it's Heidi's real mug that looks like it's been through the wash a few too many times!

Former Hollywood madam/ex-con Heidi Fleiss is finally cleaning up her act -- by opening a coin-operated laundromat! Spare some change? Need a date?
Located in the cosmopolitan mecca of Pahrump, Nev., the 24-hour facility will feature 13 washers and 14 dryers. Fleiss is calling the venue Dirty Laundry. Perhaps Charlie Sheen has a load or two?
In 2005, Fleiss announced that she was launching a legal all-male bordello called Heidi's Stud Farm, 20 miles north of the laundry. (You can take the girl out of the brothel...) If it ever opens, for $250 women (and only women) will be allowed 60 fun-filled minutes with the man-whore of their choice. Talk about hard work!

TMZ has learned that the FBI searched the home Tuesday of a woman who runs an LA paparazzi agency.
The allegation is that her computers were used to illegally hack into the computers of Us Weekly magazine to obtain information about celebrities, in particular Charlie Sheen.
Sources tell TMZ the U.S. Attorney obtained the search warrant several days ago. Law enforcement went to the home of Jill Ishkanian, a partner at Sunset Photo and News, where they seized computers and other items. As of now, the official file is sealed.
