Hurley & Grant Reunited -- Isn't it Divine?
One can't let a little thing like infidelity with a Hollywood hooker get in the way of true friendship. Liz Hurley and Hugh Grant were spotted in NYC, both hitting up Barney's yesterday afternoon; Liz was caught leaving the store with Hugh's older brother, Jamie.

Divine Brown: Alive and Talking!
In "Who knew she was still alive?" news -- Divine Brown, the prostitute busted with Hugh Grant on Sunset Blvd. back in 1995, is telling her story (again) about the night that changed her life forever. Heyyyyyyyyy!
Brown, real name Estella Marie Thompson, is part of a British television special airing tonight on ITV. She tells the Daily Mail she made nearly $1.6 million doing publicity after her infamous arrest with the "Four Wedding and a Funeral" star, who was dating Elizabeth Hurley at the time. She says, "I love Hugh Grant. Hugh Grant put my kids through school, gave us a chance at the life we probably would've never reached." It's like "Pretty Woman" ... kinda.
Brown went on to pass along her best wishes to Hugh, saying, "If I can meet him and shake his hand, all I would like to say is: 'Thank you. I appreciate you, and if there is anything I can do in return I would love to be a friend.'"
Hugh probably feels that Divine has done enough already.

The Z List - This Week's Biggest Losers 04/27/07
Sheryl Crow insists she was only joking when she wrote on her website that we should each limit ourselves to one square of toilet paper per restroom visit. But at week's end, these folks were still squarely stuck on the hot seat!
Luke Wilson: This "Frat Pack" member may need to turn in his Hollywood fraternity card and seek the less swanky digs of the "Flat Pack." It doesn't matter what the genre is; gooey romance ("Alex & Emma"), goofy romance ("My Super Ex-Girlfriend"), crime comedy ("Mini's First Time"), sci-fi ("Idiocracy"), family entertainment ("Hoot") or shock horror ("Vacancy"). In each case, Owen and Andrew's younger bro has been a box office no-show. Wilson is hoping that by cozying up to Jessica Simpson for his next release, the romantic comedy "Blonde Ambition," he can bring his tenure as the "Ashley" of the Wilson clan to an end. If that fails, he may want to follow in the footsteps of his fellow Occidental College alum, Ben Affleck -- and try his hand at directing.

Hugh Popped for Pelting Pap with Baked Beans
Hugh Grant has reportedly been arrested in London over an allegation that he assaulted a photographer with a family-sized tub of baked beans, among other things, as documented in these photos that TMZ showed you yesterday.
The actor, according to British press reports, allegedly kicked Ian Whittaker three times as Whittaker attempted to photograph him near his west London home. Whittaker alleges Grant then picked up a large carton of baked beans and threw them at the lensman, leaving him "bruised" and "battered" and slathered in the sticky mess. 
Whittaker also claims that Grant asked him whether he had kids, and when he answered in the affirmative, said, "I hope they die of f**king cancer." Grant denies having said that.
Police did not confirm that it was Grant, 46, that had been arrested, but did say that a 46-year-old man had been arrested and made bail, and that he would be returning to a police station next month. Charges against the actor are pending.

Hugh Bastard! Grant Flips Out on Photog
Hugh Grant was caught taking out his aggression on a pap in London on Tuesday.
Apparently fed up with photographers documenting his every move, the 46-year-old British actor threw an unidentified object and unleashed his stellar kicking skills on one of the paps outside his London home. Not exactly the best way to stop your photo from being taken!
We all know that being a celeb can be tough, but next time, Hugh should try demonstrating some better sense and sensibility.

Music and Lyrics ... But No Pics, Please!
Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant are in New York this week promoting "Music and Lyrics," and each had a strikingly different run-in with the paparazzi.
Barrymore was leaving the "Today" show this morning when she turned on the cuteness to politely ask the paparazzi to leave her alone. "If you guys would stop following, it would mean a lot to me," she cooed. "I would really appreciate it."
The photogs couldn't resist Drew's charm; she posed for a few pics and they let her be. Who could say no to Drew? Hugh Grant, however, was not quite as charming.
Cameras spotted Hugh walking the streets of Manhattan with a few friends, and he ignored the cameraman's repeated questions -- despite the fact that the cameraman was right in his face! Finally, Grant piped up, but it was to ask about what camera the photog was using. Hugh could learn from Drew on how to deal with the paps!

Shakira -- Stay Away from My Mouth!
Shakira dashed out of a restaurant yesterday, covering her mouth like a doctor exposed to SARS. TMZ spotted the hip-shaker coming out of Il Cielo in Beverly Hills, using her scarf to hide the lower half of her face.
Mena Suvari was spotted posing for pictures with some children as she shopped on Melrose Avenue. Who knew kids were such "American Beauty" fans? Across town in Hollywood, Drew Barrymore, Hugh Grant and Jimmy Fallon looked their best for the premiere of "Music and Lyrics," where Grant was swarmed by fans before hopping into his limo.

If the Golden Globes ever move from NBC to Fox, perhaps Simon, Randy and Paula will be asked to camp out next to Jack Nicholson at the front table and offer up their assessment of each winner's acceptance speech. Until then, we feel it's our duty to sift through the red carpet, the red wine -- and the red faces -- for a look at our five Best Boob nominees.
Isaiah Washington: All that was missing backstage in the moments following the "Grey's Anatomy" win for Best Television Series - Drama, was Sacha Baron Cohen in full Borat costume asking his favorite "Anatomy" star a follow-up question. Unlucky for Washington, it wasn't Borat ... it was E! gossip columnist Ted Casablanca, who stations himself at the very front of major awards show interview rooms to ask the lion's share of the open session questions. For example, at the 2003 Emmys, in the wake of Garry Shandling and Brad Garrett's French kiss, he demanded to know, with a straight face, how each successive winner would live out their same-sex fantasy. This time around, Bruce Bibby (Casbalanca's real name) inadvertently hit paydirt, and we do mean dirt, when his seemingly innocent question prompted Washington to shoot T.R., again. Compounding the egregiousness of Washington's 'Eek!' moment: the fact that Casablanca is himself openly gay.

No Love for Renee's Undies
If you've been looking to combine your love of oversized women's undergarments and movie memorabilia, then do we have a story for you.
A few weeks ago, Anna Mann purchased a pair of women's panties worn by Renee Zellweger and used in the movie "Bridget Jones's Diary" at a charity auction. Mann purchased the undies -- signed by "Bridget" co-star Hugh Grant -- for about $3,600, but felt that she could re-sell them on eBay to raise even more money -- didn't happen. 
The auction ended yesterday with the selling price falling short of the reserve price. The bidding reached $7,020, but no word as to what the reserve price was set at.
Sellers on eBay can set a reserve price on their items -- meaning they don't have to sell it if the bidding doesn't reach that price.
The auction was supposed to raise money for The Royal Parks Foundation. Some scenes from the movie were shot in the Royal Parks in London.
