There are pictures of the "Twilight" kids all over the Internet -- but the people behind the movies are pissed at a magazine company for allegedly grabbing a few and putting them on newsstands.
Summit Entertainment -- the producers of the movies and distributor of various types of merchandise -- is suing Beckett Media over a Twilight-themed magazine Beckett made. According to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Friday, Summit says Beckett is using publicity photos from the movie in their "Twilight Fanzine" without permission.
Summit says they sent Beckett a cease and desist letter -- and since then Beckett, released a second unauthorized magazine.
They are suing for unspecified damages.

When it comes to Internet dating, you never know if the other person is gonna be a plumber, an actress or someone who wants you to put the lotion in the basket -- but one lucky man found himself an actress ... and he's about to put a ring on it.
We've learned a guy named Jaime Mendez hit the Internet hookup jackpot when he met actress Essence Atkins -- who started her career on "The Cosby Show" -- on Match.com back in February 2008.
Essence tells us she liked the website because she didn't have to post a picture of herself -- and ended up sending Jamie a message on Valentine's Day because they were 97% compatible.
The two were engaged one year later and are set to get hitched on Sept 26.
Beat that, eHarmony.

We finally got to ask Stephon Marbury why the hell he's been livestreaming his life for the past week -- and his rationale is as logical as you'd expect from a person who's been eating Vaseline, getting into car accidents, bawling his eyes out and impromptu dancing for all the world to see.

P.S. -- The completely sane reason he was at LAX yesterday -- to pick up a random 30-something man he bonded with over the Internet.

In the moments following Michael Jackson's death -- so many people rushed to the Internet, that it practically stopped the entire WWW in its tracks.
Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, AIM -- just a few of the scores of major web sites bombed by a tidal wave of traffic. Most of the sites still worked, but the epically high traffic numbers caused them all to move at a snail's pace.
The last time the 'net had this kind of traffic -- Obama's inauguration.

Sources have revealed to TMZ that there's a feud a brewin' backstage at "American Idol."
According to our spy, some of the religious female contestants are none too fond of one Miss Antonella Barba, since racy photos of the off-key idol began popping up on the net.
No confrontation has erupted, but it's been downright chilly behind the scenes, with the idolettes now waiting to see if America decides to keep the photogenic Barba around for another week, heaven forbid!
When contacted, reps for "Idol" had no comment.

Gyms suck. You always have to wait for the machine you want, then it smells, and the guys who pose in the mirror all day kinda creep you out. You could buy your own equipment and work out at home, but without guidance, who knows what kind of freaky body you'll create? Fear not.
The folks at Hammacher Schlemmer have found a way for you to work out at home while getting all the personal training you need. Utilizing a 17" LCD screen that connects to the Internet, you can download guidance from a personal trainer. The system shows the weights you should be using, and the correct way to perform up to 120 different exercises! And no sweaty fellow patrons!
Once you've got your routine down, you can start the real fun; you can watch your favorite YouTube videos, check out breaking news on TMZ.com, watch "Lost" or "The Office" on their respective websites -- all while you workout without the neck strain associated with that TV you have mounted on the ceiling.
So pop a Red Bull and get ready to sweat, Dwight Schrute style!

As if it weren't difficult enough to wrestle the Wii away from your family, Nintendo is going to make it even harder beginning this Friday.

Nintendo announced today that the anticipated Wii web browser will be available in Beta form on December 22. The browser, created by Opera software, will allow gamers to browse the internet by using the Wii remote from the comfort of their sofas. The remote will allow users to point, click and zoom in and out of web pages. Technology triumphant!
While you're waiting patiently for the new browser, Nintendo will release its Forecast Channel; starting tomorrow, you can check out the weather on a 3-D globe before your holiday travel. The Forecast Channel joins four already live channels: Disc Channel, Photo Channel, Mii Channel and Wii Shop Channel.
Hopefully, the browser will work with a certain entertainment website.

How many times have you gotten on a long distance flight and been ready to settle in to the in-flight flick, only to learn the airline is featuring "The Rugrats Movie." Darn- you've seen it before.
As you sit in your coach seat cursing the the lack of in-flight Internet, Panasonic has decided to pick up where Boeing's Connexion service left off. Panasonic is now utilizing the Connexion-fitted airplanes to roll out its own service triumphing where Boeing failed.
What does that mean to you, the traveling web-addict? It means in-air internet is just one step closer. You can chat with your friends about the smelly guy sitting three rows away or how hot you think the flight attendant is, all while you check out the latest adventures of Greasy Bear and Firecrotch. And finally, the TMZ staff can get assignments from Managing Editor Harvey Levin while we travel on our vacations.
Hmmm, wait. That doesn't seem like a good idea after all.
