As Jaleel White finagled his way into super exclusive Hollywood club Villa last night, one thing was abundantly clear -- he'll never shed the persona of the world's most loveable TV nerd.
Jaleel was down-to-earth and cool as could be after having a hard time getting into the club -- while shouts of "Urkel," "Did I do that?" and "You got any cheese?" echoed around the street packed with fans and paparazzi.

Death Row Records Co-Founder Suge Knight was outside of Ritual last night, when a bevy of badges showed up for the party -- to break it up! Don't park it in the parking lot!
Also out last night: Jay-Z made a leisurely exit after his performance at House of Blues, while Jaleel "Urkel" White took the opposite approach -- and ran from photogs!

Who knew '90s star Jaleel White still had game? White was spotted over the weekend at club Pure in Las Vegas, and get this, he was surrounded by hot chicks! Did he do that?

All you needed last night was a pair of Reebok Pumps, a Gameboy and a bottle of Zima, as a full-fledged flashback to 1994 was completed by actors formally known as Urkel and Carlton -- who crashed the Hollywood night scene. Party!
Although he looked more like Stefan than Steve, Jaleel White pulled off a perfect "I'm famous and I don't want to be seen" duck and run on his way into Crustacean in Beverly Hills. Meanwhile, down the street, Alfonso Ribeiro hit up Joseph's.
Over at Hyde, DJ AM flashed back to the days when he dated Nicole Richie, but stayed mum when asked about what he thinks about her pregnancy. But the stars had a helluva lot more to say over at the premiere party for L.A. Ink at Stone Rose, where human canvasas Kat von D and Dave Navarro got their ink and drink on.

No little people were injured during the making of "The Wizard of Oz." The Wicked Witch, Margaret Hamilton, was badly burned when her flammable green makeup ignited, and the originally cast Tin Man, Buddy Ebsen, was sickened by silver makeup, but that's it for mishaps in Oz. What people claimed was a suicide caught on film was actually a large bird that was roaming around the set for the talking forest scene. You remember the scene where they discover the Tin Man rusted into silence? To make the indoor set appear more realistic, the Los Angeles Zoo loaned MGM several birds in various sizes. That's all it was. It was a giant bird but no one was hung.

Legend is that Jaleel White, who played Urkel on "Family Matters" committed suicide.

This horrible Hollywood Urban Legend was started by a fake Associated Press article that was spread via the Internet. The article stated that White was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. They also claimed that he was "found dead" and at the same time pronounced dead on arrival. People were so shocked by the news that most who read the article failed to notice the conflicting reports. If there are any people left that haven't heard, Jaleel is alive and well. In fact, he's got a small role in "Dreamgirls" as a nasty booking agent.

A curious panoply of stars -- au courant, slightly faded, and heartwarmingly vintage -- made it out to the launch of the Penguin store, the new West Hollywood retail outpost of that beloved redoubt of Seventies leisurewear. And TMZ's very own G-Hollywood caught all the marching in and out -- and did some dealmaking along the way.
In waddled Paris Hilton -- blah -- and out sauntered Lindsay Lohan -- eh. Dylan McDermott did his very best to maintain relevance, and Chris Kattan looked suitably, well, grateful to be there. Hayley Duff and Pete Wentz were gracious as ever. We were even touched to witness David Arquette and Jason Biggs' gentlemanly first meeting (wait -- you mean all celebs don't know each other?), and G-Hollywood made like Ari Gold and did his best to get the two together for a movie project.
But --finally, some celebrities we can sink our teeth into -- was that Urkel we just spotted? Why yes, Jaleel White himself, greeting stunned onlookers. And we even got props (ok, for our HD camera, but still) from that ageless emblem of celebrity-for-celebrity's-sake, Kato Kaelin. Thank you, Kato. Your taste in videographic technology is impeccable.

4) Terry Has Just GOTTA KNOW: I just received an email stating that Jaleel White has died. Is that true?
Terry, this is absolutely NOT true! According to Chris Snyder, Jaleel's manager, he is "alive, working and very happy." In fact, Jaleel just finished filming for the movie 'Dreamgirls.' White will also begin working in the comedy 'Kissing Cousins' next week, in which he plays a father in the Navy who returns home for the birth of his new baby. And while you wait for her latest compilation of lyrics, take a look at how she slimmed down from her estimated 250 lb peak back in October.

Today's your lucky day, April! As confirmed by her publicist earlier this week, Alexis is not dating former 'Gilmore Girls' co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Now although the WB is packing up, you can still expect to see Alexis starring as Rory Gilmore on the new CW network when the show begins airing again this fall.
