Former "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler got beach-slapped by the law Friday night after Laguna Beach cops say he got drunk and threw his shoes at people ... seriously.
According to law enforcement sources, Wahler got into a scuffle with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery and eventually got himself ejected.
Somehow Wahler made his way back inside, cops said, and the bouncers had to toss him out again.
But here's the best part: Witnesses say a frustrated Wahler then removed his shoes and fired them into the bar -- and when security came out to remove him permanently, Jason allegedly threw a punch.
Cops soon arrived on scene and arrested the reality reject for battery and public intoxication.
Wahler still had 11 days left on his probation stemming from a drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade back in 2007-- which means he's gonna get in even more trouble if convicted.

Spencer Pratt just released the following statement to TMZ regarding Jason Wahler's homophobic verbal attack on "The Hills" star last night:
"If I were to beat up every homophobic racist loser that challenged me to a fight – I wouldn't have time to be the most famous person in the world.
I'll pray for Jason Wahler."
FYI -- Wahler's history of racist, homophobic attacks have been well documented over the years -- like here and here and here.

Challenging Spencer Pratt to a fight is one thing -- but calling him "a little f*ggot," like former MTV reality jerk Jason Wahler did last night outside of Apple, just ain't cool.
Even Spencer will admit he's a poser, but Wahler took it a bit too far.

First LC moves on with Brody and now this.
"Laguna Beach" tool Jason Wahler was just ordered to pay $15K in punitive damages to the tow truck driver he slapped back in 2006.
A jury decided yesterday Wahler had to pay $5,000 in actual damages, resulting in a total of 20 grand -- all for getting slap happy with the help.
Next time, Jason should just man up and fix his own ride.

In what's either one of the worst decisions she's ever made or just the latest plot point on "The Hills," Lauren Conrad reunited with her douchey ex, Jason Wahler, for dinner last night.
Friends? Enemies? Lovers? Who the hell knows?! As with all the "Hills" fools, it's only as real or as fake as you want to believe.

Amy Poehler screamed "I'm a Red Sox fan!" to shocked Yankee supporters yesterday in New York -- at least she was in the safety of her car!

Just yesterday Jason Wahler told TMZ he's a "free man" and has no upcoming trial dates -- but it looks like nobody told the judge!
Wahler has a case management conference scheduled for this morning for his lawsuit stemming from an alleged attack he made on a traffic cop. If he actually doesn't know about it though, it's still ok -- he doesn't have to be there.
UPDATE: The case management conference was continued until April 24.

Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler didn't just beat the crap out of a Department of Transportation officer last year, he's also accused of calling the guy a "nig**r, motherf**ker, f*g, and "fatass."
In a lawsuit filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Jonathan Wallace claims Wahler and model Kristen DeLuca approached both him and a tow truck driver who was impounding a car, when Jason began "thrusting his chest into that of the tow truck driver while unleashing a verbal barrage of racial statements and swearing profusely." Wallace also alleges that in the middle of Jason's tirade, Wahler "initiated physical contact" with another tow truck driver by repeatedly punching the man in the face. Wallace claims that during the ruckus, Jason somehow managed to sock him in the left eye too.
The LAPD arrived to the scene shortly after, where they arrested Wahler and DeLuca. Cops say Wahler's blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit. He later plead no contest to battery and was sentenced to 60 days behind bars.
Wallace is asking for $200,000 in damages.

This weekend the celebs were out in full force on the beaches of Malibu. Celebuspawn A.J. Lamas treated the paparazzi to a cool drink, while Paris Hilton chilled back at the house with new buddy Macy Gray. Odd couple alert!
"Hills" bad boy/ex-con Jason Wahler posed for pics with fans in between trying to catch waves. Meanwhile, Elisha Cuthbert tried to pose her own pics -- away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi -- with her family and friends.

Jason Wahler is trying to get his act together -- good luck!
TMZ was in court today as a judge praised the former "Laguna Beach" a-hole for his progress, saying, "You're doing quite well, stay on the road."
Wahler pleaded no contest in March to one count of battery, after he was arrested last September for punching a tow truck driver. As a result, he was ordered to go to rehab, complete 36 hours of anger management and attend AA meetings -- all of which he has done. All he has left to do is pay a $120 fine by September of 2008.
Jason's legal troubles are not over, however, as he is still contending with an assault and criminal trespass charge in Seattle.

Scruffy jailbird and "The Hills" studlet Jason Wahler and a gal pal were spotted strutting down L.A.'s Robertson Blvd. on Saturday ... and he managed not to get arrested!
In what appeared to be a power walk -- replete with giant coffee and cigarette -- Jason didn't seem to be going anywhere in particular. When asked if he was attending a promotional event being held down the street at Kitson for "Hairspray," he said, "Um, no way."

Lauren Conrad may be giving "Laguna Beach" bad boy Jason Wahler another chance ... for ratings, at least.
TMZ caught LC filming portions of the next season of her MTV reality show, "The Hills," and Wahler was by her side during the taping outside of Ketchup. For those not savvy to the dating habits of the blonde from "The Real OC," LC and Jason broke up -- for the second time -- last August and Wahler has since been arrested four times ... in four different states!
LC's enemies Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were also spotted inside the restaurant -- sounds like a night full of winners for Conrad!

It used to be that all she wanted to do was have some fun, but yesterday Sheryl Crow announced that she adopted a 2-week-old boy from the United States. Crow named the child Wyatt, after her father. "We are enjoying some very private family time," Crow wrote to fans on her website.
Crow's rep told People magazine that she'll be taking some time off from touring -- to be a full-time mom. Crow most recently finished a rabble-rousing 11-city Stop Global Warming tour with "Inconvenient Truth" producer Laurie David.
More Trouble for "Hills" Jason
"Hills" bad boy Jason Wahler was charged yesterday in Seattle with assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking, after his arrest at a Seattle hotel on April 8. Local prosecutors want to hit Lauren Conrad's ex-BF with 10 days in jail, a $4,500 fine and chemical dependency treatment, according to Seattle attorney Ruth Bowman.
Wahler's already in hot water stemming from a slew of other arrests. He faces two charges in Greenville, North Carolina, for underage drinking and resisting arrest, and he's currently in rehab as part of a plea related to a September 2006 assault case.

TMZ has just learned that Morton's Restaurant, which hosts the biggest Academy Awards party each year, is set to become the West Coast branch of Manhattan's oh-so-exclusive Soho House Club. Nick Jones, the founder and CEO of The Soho House Group plans a $5 million dollar refurbishment of the spot, which will open as a private members club in 2008. And with it, a piece of Hollywood history will disappear.
Party Favors ... Leo Sued Over B-Ball Court ... Black Eyed Pea May Pay Small Fee
Leo DiCaprio's neighbors filed a suit against the "Titanic" star over his backyard basketball court. Seems his neighbors believe that Leo "maliciously" crossed onto their property to erect the court back in 2004, destabilizing their deck and pool. ... Black Eyed Peas rapper Taboo is facing a fine for being found by LAPD with a small amount of marijuana on him back in March. At most, the rapper-real name Jaime Luis Gomez will face a $200 fine and no jail time.
