Spider-Man's Entrance Ends with Handcuffs

Webbed wonder Tobey Maguire caused the usual pap crush outside of Villa -- but this time, a large vase full of flowers was smashed in the process! Quick, call 911!


Two paps were handcuffed and put into police cruisers, only to be released later without even a citation. Law enforcement decided there was no sufficient evidence for formal punishment. Unless you count horticulture abuse.

Spidey's Sweetheart

Tobey Maguire and jeweler fiancee Jennifer Meyer with their beautiful bundle of joy, Ruby Sweetheart.

Ruby was welcomed into the world on November 10, and only two short months later, Spidey's offspring has already learned to pose for paparazzi!

Since her maternal grandfather is Ron Meyer, President of Universal Studios, it's no surprise that this kid came out camera-ready.

Spidey's Girl Ready to Pop

Tobey Maguire and his pregnant fiancée, Jennifer Meyer, were spotted on Tuesday in Santa Monica. The pair had a doctor's appointment there.

Tobey and Jennifer were spotted last month in Hawaii vacationing with pals Leonardo DiCaprio and Lukas Haas.

Maguire proposed to Meyer back in April. The couple is expecting their first child together in sometime before the end of the year.
