Pete's Tavern near Gramercy Park used to be the local joint of New York local joints, exactly the kind of place everyone wants in their neighborhood for a cold pint and warm banter. At least it was, until Jimmy Fallon decided to pimp it out.
Okay, that's an exaggeration. But still, in a new campaign for NYC & Co., the New York tourist organization, Fallon gives up Pete's address, 129 E. 18th Street, and advises people -- tourists?! -- "Tell them Jimmy sent you." So much for that.
Some edification is supplied by Julianne Moore, who in her spot suggests visitors always keep their baby carriages, and by Robert De Niro, who breaks down what TriBeCa stands for (Triangle Below Canal, if you must know).

Not even celebs can catch a break when flying commercial! TMZ spies caught former SNLer Jimmy Fallon stuck waiting for an LAX flight in Delta's Crown Room Club at JFK for seven hours -- where they were out of booze!
Once on the plane, he had to wait another two hours for takeoff. According to our spies, due to a delivery snafu, Delta had no alcohol on the plane either, and Fallon jokingly pled with his first class peeps for some Ambien, but came up empty. When TMZ contacted Jimmy's rep, she confirmed Jimmy was on his way to film scenes for the upcoming flick, "Rockett," with Sharon Stone and Lucy Liu.
A spokeswoman from Delta Airlines wouldn't comment on the lack of adult beverages on the plane, but did tell us weather delayed the flight.

No, that's not a sleepy zookeeper with a flair for loud neckwear, that's a fire-haired, emaciated Sharon Stone. 
The Golden Glober was spotted outside her trailer with her hair dyed menopause red for her role as Jimmy Fallon's mom in the upcoming flick, "Rockett."
Coincidentally, Australian men's mag Zoo Weekly named Sharon one of the "Top 50 Hottest Babes Ever."

TMZ has learned more details about Justin Timberlake's "Saturday Night Live" appearance this weekend.
Justin will more than likely bring "The Barry Gibb Talk Show" back (nothing is set in stone; afterall, this is a live show). But he won't be performing his hit, "SexyBack." Instead, he will sing "My Love" and "What Goes Around." Our source also tells us that Timberlake might "bring it on in to Omeletville" again -- a sketch where Justin dressed up as an omelet while shilling for a local breakfast joint.
Justin twice performed in the "The Barry Gibb Talk Show" sketch, once when he hosted in 2003 and again in 2005, when girlfriend Cameron Diaz hosted. Jimmy Fallon, his co-star in the sketch and former "SNL" cast member, is rumored to be making an unbilled appearance.
The bit features Fallon as Bee Gee frontman Barry Gibb, with Justin as brother Robin -- co-hosting a political talk show while sounding like the Bee Gees.

We were outside New York hotspot Butter last night when we ran into Jimmy Fallon who was celebrating his birthday. The "SNL" veteran noticed our cameras, giving us a quick shoutout and commenting on just how much he likes one of our most famous videos.
Jimmy was then approached by an overly aggressive street vendor, who seemed to be taking advantage of Fallon's fame. Check out the confrontation between the two. Oh yeah- happy birthday Jimmy!

If there's one celebrity who puts his money where his mouth is, it's Bono, who spends a lot of his time rallying support for the fight against AIDS. The U2 frontman, along with the EDUN clothing brand he co-created, is at it again with the new ONE T-Shirt which will benefit the battle against AIDS, extreme poverty and bring fair trade to the country of Lesotho in Southern Africa.
While Bono alone would be enough to generate support, he's got some extra help from a slew of celebs for the new campaign. Lindsay Lohan, Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams, Jimmy Fallon, Naomi Watts, Rosario Dawson and many more joined in for the print ads -- and TMZ has the behind-the-scenes footage of the photo shoot. Model Helena Christensen, the beauty from Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" video, served as photographer for the star-studded shoot.
Lohan, who could use some good PR right now, summed up why she was there: "It's about people devoting their time to something they believe in."
