It's not enough Jon Voight can't get the time of day from daughter Angelina Joile ... he feels he's been viciously targeted by some movie investors and now he's decided to go after them.
Here's the scoop ... Voight was sued by a couple of investors who claimed he defrauded them in a movie deal gone bad. A judge disagreed and dismissed Voight from the case.
Voight is now suing the investors who sued him, claiming malicious prosecution. In other words, Voight says the investors were motived by sheer malice and had no right to drag him into the legal system over nothing.
Voight is seeking unspecified damages. A visit from Angelina wouldn't hurt either.

John Stamos is excited to get a star on the Walk of Fame -- so long as it's not near Bob Saget's. He shouldn't worry too much, Bob doesn't have one.
Also in L.A.: Jon Voight talked Angelina, Beyonce made a made dash from American Apparel, Traci Bingham smacked her own ass and Paula Abdul was got a pitchy birthday serenade.
In NY: Anne Hathaway gave paps the silent treatment, Abigail Breslin was swarmed for autographs, D-lister Kathy Griffin said she's never been to Casa Aramara, and Mario Lopez was asked about gettin' it on during the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Shiver me timbers!

TMZ cameras caught a 62-year-old, never-changing Loni Anderson at Barneys in Beverly Hills yesterday -- and dayum, she looked great! What an amazing piece of work!
Loni wasn't the only hottie at the swank store -- cameras also snapped "American Idol" wannabeen Katharine McPhee, and Rose McGowan with a terrible new hair color gettin' her lip gloss on. Nicky Hilton popped up as well as a Santa-ish Jon Voight, wishing paps a Merry Christmas.

Popular pianist Alicia Keys was signing autographs after a free outdoor concert in New York yesterday, when she spotted a TMZ camera and said, "TMZ, y'all ain't got me bad yet." She's a Key-per!
Meanwhile, in L.A: "Survivor" winner Earl Cole revealed what he does with the prize money, Scientolomom Jenna Elfman dashed home to her baby, and Michael Bay admitted to doing a bland interview -- on purpose.

Angelina Jolie's dad, Jon Voight, has been estranged from Angie for nearly five years -- and is starved for affection.
At least that's the way it lookedon Saturday night, when he showed up to the premiere of Halle Berry and Benicio Del Toro's new film, "Things We Lost in the Fire." Even though they were both heading into the same screening, Voight yelled after Del Toro, virtually running to grab his hand and then keeping him in an armlock in front of photogs for as long as he could.
Voight then wandered awkwardly outside the Tribeca Grand hotel, until famous autograph seeker Radioman came up, whose hand Jon shook warmly -- and then shook it some more.

Angelina Jolie's estranged father Jon Voight sent a shout out to his grandkids Saturday, but it seems like absence makes the memory grow weaker -- he royally screwed up one of the names.
At the fourth annual BAFTA Tea Party (BAFTA is the Oscars for Brits), Voight was talking with a reporter on the red carpet when he decided to send birthday wishes to Maddox, Angelina's five-year-old child. That went well, but then things took an ugly turn. Voight also sent well-wishes to "Shakira" -- problem is, he was talking about Angelina's 1 1/2-year-old daughter. Shakira is considerably older -- 29. The correct name -- Zahara. Close, but no cigar. Actors are famous for always getting another chance, and take two was perfect.
Jolie and her father haven't spoken since he went on "Access Hollywood" four years ago, urging her daughter to get help for her "mental problems."
