TMZ caught Josh Henderson telling his shady lookin' buddy "We need some s**t!" -- as he stood with his entourage outside One Sunset.
He could be talking about anything -- like rubber duckies or green tea ... or maybe he wants to go hang with ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton.

They walk alike, they look alike, and after giving an impromptu press conference in front of Koi restaurant in West Hollywood last night, David Spade says he knows exactly what it feels like to be Larry Birkhead. All he needs is a baby daughter and a shave and the two would be identical.
Across town, television stars from all generations reunited at the LG Mobile TV Party on the Paramount lot. The event celebrated all kinds of TV history, and brought out the B, C and D-listers. Former "90210" vixen Shannen Doherty was in attendance, and "Desperate Housewives" hottie Josh Henderson was seen hanging out with "The Hills" star Lauren Conrad. The beach blonde pair left the party together and headed to Privilege.
Comedian turned leading man Dane Cook signed autographs and posed for pictures with fans outside the Laugh Factory. The lucky Cook sucks face with Jessica Alba this fall in "Good Luck Chuck."

Josh Henderson was out last night -- alone -- and he didn't seem to know where supposed girlfriend Paris Hilton was -- nor did he seem to care!
Pulling up to the "Desperate Housewives" wrap party, Henderson was asked about Paris and he replied, "Haven't talked to her" -- not exactly the kind of response you'd expect from a lovebird. Later, when a photog asked about Paris' big day scheduled for court today, all Josh would say was, "She's a sweetheart... She'll be all right" -- again, not exactly a declaration of love and support for the car-challenged GF.
Meanwhile, last night, Paris -- playing mute for the first time in as long as we can remember, not unlike the pursed-lip Debbie Harry -- had no response when asked about her court date. She was leaving her house -- sans Josh -- and had nothing to say about either.
A message left with Paris' rep wasn't immediately returned.

"Desperate Housewives" hunk Josh Henderson might just be the new Stavros Niarchos -- no, he didn't wreck Paris Hilton's Bentley. He's just under the spell of Paris!
According to a TMZ spy, the couple were in a huge fight yesterday, and Josh refused to celebrate his buddy's birthday at Saddle Ranch bar because Paris was scheduled to show up. After Josh heard that Paris changed her mind about going, he decided to go ahead and hit up the hotspot. But when Paris got wind that Josh was out, the heiress couldn't resist crashing the party.
Shortly after the heiress arrived, the two appeared to have worked through their bickering and left together for Area nightclub. Just how serious are these two? If MySpace is any indication of the level of dedication the two have, well, it's just not that serious. Henderson's status on his page reads "single."
UPDATE: TMZ spoke with Paris' rep Elliot Mintz who said this is all a bunch of nothing. He says Paris was running late from a photo shoot, so she met Josh at the Saddle Ranch later and the two went to Area and danced the night away. Enough said!

Paris Hilton had some endearing words for an excited fan last night -- when Paris lovingly called her "whore."
A Paris-ite tracked her idol to the Roosevelt Hotel last night and started screaming, "You're so sexy ... I love you sexy, I really love you" to the heiress. The questionably eloquent Hilton yelled back, "Hey, whore!" -- eliciting laughs from her friends in the car -- then blew a kiss to the girl as they drove away.
Also at the Roosevelt, the only fans hanging around Kirsten Dunst appear to be birds who crapped all over her Prius -- time to get that thing to a carwash!
TMZ also spotted asthmatic Lindsay Lohan -- clutching tightly to a pack of cigarettes, and jiggly "The Hills" star Audrina, a scruffy Kevin Zegers, Giovanni Ribisi and a herd of entertainment reporters leaving a "Perfect Stranger" presser at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Rival club-queens Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan crossed scepters Friday night -- with Lohan seemingly retreating. Team Paris scores again!
The frenemies, whose on-again-off-again friendship appears to be way off, were spotted at new celeb hotspot Parc, with Lohan leaving just moments after Hilton arrived. The two have been feuding since the infamous "Firecrotch" incident -- set off by Lindsay allegedly getting chummy with Paris' ex, Stavros Niarchos.
Though Stav was nowhere in sight, Hilton's new beau, Josh Henderson, limped into the club on crutches with a basketball injury. Hilton's ex-fiance, Paris Latsis, was also there. Yeah, it can get confusing.
Also at Parc Friday night: unnaturally red-headed Keisha Cole, Michelle Trachtenberg, Jay Chandrasekhar and an impatient Eva Mendes, who threatened to slam her door on some pap's fingers before speeding off.

Paris Hilton and Josh Henderson continued their blossoming spring romance last night, stepping out to paparazzi hotspot Koi to enjoy some freshly dead fish.
TMZ caught the new couple waiting for Henderson's SUV outside the Japanese restaurant, where they held hands while chatting it up with a South African photographer. Henderson expressed his desire to visit the country someday, while Paris proclaimed her love for going Down Under. Josh probably feels the same way ... just not about Australia.
As an added delight, when the photog asked Hilton what her new movie, "The Hottie and the Nottie" was about -- a flick she's been filming for a while now -- the clueless heiress responded, "I don't know."

Paris Hilton may have found herself a new man -- "Desperate Housewives" hunk Josh Henderson.
TMZ spotted the two hand-in-hand as they exited movie theaters at Universal City Walk last night. Hilton even kissed Henderson goodnight before hopping into her SUV ... and this isn't their first date! Paris & Josh went out last week for a party Paris' sister Nicky held for her boyfriend, mogul-son David Katzenberg, and even partied together over the weekend in Vegas. See ya later, Stavros!
When asked for comment on the relationship, Hilton rep Elliot Mintz would only say that Josh "treats Paris with great respect and dignity. He is not a 'Hollywood guy.' Paris seems very comfortable around him," When pressed to comment if Josh was her new boyfriend, he said, "Matters of that nature are only the business of the two people involved." Oh.

Well Dawn, aside from his current role on ABC, you may remember Josh on "The Ashlee Simpson Show," as one of her boyfriends. He appeared on the show when it debuted in 2004, but they called it quits soon after. More recently, he had a role in the movie "Step Up," with Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan.

After a night of partying in Hollywood, the "Dancing with the Stars" beauty chose to take a cab home instead of getting behind the wheel. (Good girl, Stacy!) And before riding off, she let everyone know there's no place like home for Christmas this year.
Outside of Hyde, we caught Taboo of Black Eyed Peas, who threw up a deuce for TMZ cameras. Right behind him -- Kristin Cavallari and her latest man-friend, Nick Zano from "What I Like About You," smiled as they got ready to drive off together, and Kim Stewart and her entourage weaved their way through the flashing bulbs.
Making a less invasive appearance, Rick Salomon walked by looking important as ever while talking on his cell. And rounding out the evening, "Desperate Housewives" hottie Josh Henderson, who spent some quality male-bonding time with a former Britney Spears back-up dancer.

The ladies of "Desperate Housewives" had a tough task at this weekend's Season 2 DVD release party -- trying to talk up a season that was seen as a critical failure by many.
An extremely tanned Eva Longoria stepped up to defend the season saying, "I'm so proud of this DVD, because I think once you see it, you'll really realize how good season two was, instead of listening to just critics, saying, 'Oh, they're in a slump. Oh, it wasn't like last year.'"
Longoria's co-stars mirrored her sentiments and seemed unfazed by the show's lack of Emmy nominations. "Wonderful people got nominated this year, fantastic shows," said last year's Emmy winner Felicity Huffman, "Everybody gets their little five minutes in the spotlight, and I'm so happy to be a part of it."
And with all this talk about last season, it was refreshing to see a new face to talk about things to come. Hottie Josh Henderson joins the cast as Nicolette Sheridan's nephew and promises he'll be just as scheming as his aunt, "He's stirring up a little trouble on Wisteria Lane."
The third-season debut of "Desperate Housewives" premieres September 24.
