TMZ has obtained dozens of photos of the disgusting, filthy rental home Kevin Federline is accused of destroying -- but the real question ... how the hell could he raise his two little boys in a bona fide dump with dismantled smoke detectors and exposed electrical wiring?
The photos show the Tarzana, CA home wasn't only dirty, but extremely dangerous -- with cigarettes and glass bottles tossed all over the yard, and broken pieces of tiles and pottery right near the play area.
Kevin Federline is accused of being a dirty, filthy, chain-smoking, home-wrecker -- and now his allegedly trashy lifestyle could cost him more than $100,000.
It's all over the Tarzana, California home where K-Fed lived until this past May -- the people who own the pad claim Federline suddenly disappeared without paying his last 6 months in rent. But the worst part -- the owners claim Federline turned their home into a cigarette-riddled, spit-stained dump.
Now, the owners have fired off a nasty letter to the wannabe rapper, demanding $110,661 in unpaid rent and damages which include:
- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles - A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island - Permanent spit marks on exterior paint - Broken light covers - Bent light posts - Broken tiles - Dead trees and plants due to failure to water - Drawings all over the walls - A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners' permission) - Broken dishwasher ... with broken baskets - Dismantled smoke detectors - Front driveway oil-leak damage - Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners' permission)
... and last but certainly not least -- the owners claim K-Fed made off without returning the GARAGE DOOR OPENER!!!
In their letter to K-Fed, the home owners have threatened to take his ass to court if he doesn't pay up ... we'll let you know if that happens.

On his way out of a business meeting with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony yesterday, K-Fed told our photog he'll "be there" when Brit embarks in March, saying "I'm gonna take the kids on the road ... they need to see their mother, right?"
That's actually a very interesting comment, because K-Fed is making it sound as if he controls the custody arrangement and is "letting" her see the kids. In fact, we know the agreement says Britney gets the kids three days and nights every week.

We've learned Jamie Spears and K-Fed have now both signed the document we told you about last week, which clears the path for Brit taking her kids on the road for her upcoming concert tour. What, you ask, is in it for Federline?? How bout $5,000 a week.
As we first reported, the way the deal goes is Jayden James and Sean Preston will follow Britney to three hubs -- New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Britney will commute back and forth from each hub during the tour. She's also renting houses in New Jersey and New Orleans for Kevin if he wants to come along for the ride. But K-Fed gets the $5,000 a week, whether he shows up or not.
But wait, there's more. We've learned the deal Jamie and K-Fed signed memorializes the custody arrangement they've all been following since last year. Britney gets the kids 3 days and nights a week, according to the new agreement, which will remain in effect after the tour is over. We're also told many weeks, Britney has the kids more than Kevin. So in effect it's 50/50 custody.
Score another victory for Brit's lawyer, Laura Wasser, who sealed the deal.

K-Fed's new squeeze, Victoria Prince, has had her share of run-ins with the law. Just last year, Prince was arrested for assault and disturbing the peace. But, she pled not guilty and the case was eventually dismissed.
Back in her high school days, she allegedly waged a terror campaign against three kids at her high school. Their parents filed a temporary restraining order against her, but the judge rejected it, telling the school to deal with it.
But wait, there's more. Vic was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon on school premises (a stun gun) and possession of alcohol by a minor. The docs were destroyed so we don't know how it all turned out.
Vic told us the stun gun was for protection, because she had to walk to her car late at night after volleyball practice -- she didn't mention the other stuff.
It was K-Fed's night -- first he bowled a strike, then he planted a kiss on his bowling partner! Britney who!? That girl he was kissing on better watch out, dude impregnates everything he touches!
While Britney was busy putting herself back together this weekend, K-Fed was out doin' what he does best -- boozin'. TMZ spies caught Federleezy hittin' Boulevard 3 nightclub in Hollywood Friday, where he kicked it with a gang of dudes the entire night. According to our spy, Federline, decked out in a salmon-colored shirt, hung over the balcony in a "look at me" kinda manner, but never spoke to any members of the opposite sex.
FYI -- big stars like Diddy and Lindsay Lohan were also scheduled to show, but the only name that actually hit the club was Farnsworth Bentley.
