Katt Williams' comedy pal -- "Borat" star Luenell -- says if Katt really did break into someone's house, it was probably an "O.J. situation where he might be trying to get back something that somebody took from him."
Luenell went on to say she would do anything for Katt -- who was charged with burglary and criminal trespassing yesterday in Georgia -- saying "I'm loyal ... I'm riding with him."
BTW: O.J. was sentenced to nine years in prison for trying to get his stuff back.

Comedian Katt Williams has officially been charged with burglary and criminal trespassing by a magistrate in Coweta County, GA -- his bond was set at $41,150.
Williams was arrested this morning, after cops say a man named Daniel Broach claimed the comedian broke into his home on Sunday night and stole $3,555 worth of jewelry and collectable coins.
Broach told cops Katt used a crowbar to break into his home, which is around 38 miles southwest of Atlanta.
Katt's lawyer told us the whole thing is a sham -- and is just the result of a dispute Katt had with a another man.
UPDATE: Katt is free to roam -- we're told he just posted bond.

TMZ has obtained a 911 call made last week when a 17-year-old kid told authorities that Katt Williams was holding him against his will at a Georgia residence.
The call was made around 9 PM on November 3 from a house in Coweta County. The caller says he had a car waiting to take him to the airport -- but Katt "wouldn't let our ride take us there" and "threatened to beat me up." The caller says he's not sure if Katt is armed with a weapon.
We're told police showed up after the call and no arrests were made -- but it is still under investigation.
As we first reported, Katt's lawyer said the comedian's arrest for burglary this morning is total bull -- blaming it on a dispute Katt was having with an employee who lives in the Coweta County guesthouse where he's been staying.

Katt Williams was not burglarizing anyone and his arrest for same is totally bogus -- according to Katt's lawyer.
William Briggs told TMZ Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie, staying at the property of a friend and the movie's producer, Barry Hankerson.
Briggs says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barry's employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had "full permission" to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.
Katt is still in custody. There's a bail hearing set for 4 PM ET.
UPDATE: Katt's bond was set at $41,150.

Katt Williams was arrested early Monday morning in Georgia and is being held on charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. He's being held in Coweta County jail and is set to face a judge today.

Comedian Katt Williams' real life drama is nothing to laugh at.
Williams' family is so concerned about his mental health, they have asked a judge to order him to seek a psychiatric evaluation.
It all started at a motel in South Carolina where, according to The Sumter Item, cops responded to a suspicious persons call and found Williams dressed in a bath robe with a towel wrapped around his head, trying to check in. Police made no arrests that night -- but later Katt showed up at a random law office asking attorney Garryl Deas for help.
According to Deas, Katt was speaking gibberish claiming the cops were trying to "violate his rights," and everyone had turned against him. Williams family members have since gotten a police escort to transport him to a local hospital for psychiatric evaluation. They told Deas they were seeking to get him "committed."

Katt Williams obviously didn't let a little jail time mess with his mojo.
Last night, TMZ cameras caught Katt doing a little ride augmentation (by subtraction) outside of L.A. celeb playground, Area. The comedian took the roof panels off his creamsicle-colored T-top Corvette and unloaded them into the SUV of fellow jailbird, rapper Lil' Kim, letting the night air cool his hot self down.
Then, when an adoring female fan asked for tickets to an upcoming show, he informed her that they were sold out. Never one to miss an opportunity for self-promotion, Katt rather dramatically let her in on the secret code for -- wink, wink -- backstage access. Real cool.

Never let it be said that Katt Williams doesn't work hard to sell his material -- even freshly out of jail.
After three days in the slammer for allegedly having a stolen gun in his briefcase at Los Angeles International Airport, the comedian sauntered out of the Los Angeles County Jail looking none too worse for wear, with a jaunty white-and-black hat perched atop his head. When asked the world's least intelligent question by a lensman, "How was it?", Williams replied, "It was jail. I don't recommend it on the day your DVD comes out."
Williams thanked his fans for helping him get out of jail and for lending a financial hand in rolling up the bail money. Though by the looks of things -- check out that massive tank of an SUV! -- things aren't too bad in Katt's land.

Katt Williams was arrested Monday at Los Angeles International Airport for allegedly carrying a stolen concealed weapon.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the arrest occurred at 3 p.m. in Terminal 5. Williams, a popular comedian who recently starred in his own HBO stand-up comedy special, was stopped at the security checkpoint. Security officers found a concealed weapon in his carry-on luggage. One law enforcement source described it as a "cheap, Saturday night special." The LAPD was called and Williams, who stars alongside Nick Canon on the popular MTV show "Wild 'N Out," was arrested. Cops determined the concealed weapon was stolen. They also found three additional weapons in luggage that Williams had already checked in.
Williams, who is scheduled to host BET's first ever Hip-Hop Awards later this month, was booked on felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon and several other offenses. Sources say Williams is also wanted in connection with an outstanding warrant in Kalamazoo, Mich.
