TMZ caught Jennifer Hudson in front of Koi last night, naming a laundry list of producers she's working with on her debut album. Sister bettah pay attention though, cause she almost forgot to mention Timbaland, who's only the biggest producer in music right now!
Also out last night -- leather-bound Lenny Kravitz, sequin-covered Bobby Trendy, Tom Arnold outside the Laugh Factory, and Deryck Whibley partying without wife Avril Lavigne. Kelly Carlson was also at Mr. Chow, explaining how accepting Hollywood is -- though it's not hard to be accepted when you're blonde and gorgeous!

Seinfeld -- It's Hard Out Here for a Pap
TMZ caught Jerry Seinfeld outside of Il Sole last night, and while he was quiet about former co-star Michael Richards, he told our photog it was a tough time to be a paparazzo. Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kelly Carlson and Hilary Duff were spotted at a Chanel party, while Nick Cannon and Ashlee Simpson were at Opera. Also out: Danny DeVito and Adrian Grenier.
In New York, filming continued on the "Sex and the City" movie, with one of the film's stars (SPOILER ALERT after the jump)

And now it's time for Jessica Biel ... for no other reason than to look at Jessica Biel!
TMZ spotted the "7th Heaven" star-turned-badonkadonk sexpot after a lunch date at Mr. Chow Friday, tooling around in a rented Lexus ES 350 -- not too shabby for a rental! Biel then dropped the car off at a Lexus dealership, where she picked up an SUV.
Britney Spears' one-minute fling JR Rotem was also out over the weekend, giving his opinion of Brit's hair-don't. Also spotted were Morgan Freeman, Haylie Duff as she celebrated her 22nd birthday, "Nip/Tuck" hottie Kelly Carlson and the always stunning and newly single old-time glamourpuss, Dita Von Teese.

Blondes Bond: X-Tina & Jessica Ride in Style
Move over Ken Paves, Jessica Simpson's got a new sidekick -- Christina Aguilera.
TMZ spotted Aguilera and hubby Jordan with Jessica Simpson and sister Ashlee leaving Hyde on Friday. After ditching Ashlee, the crew piled into Aguilera's Rolls Royce Phantom and took off for a party in Beverly Hills.
Ivanka Trump, Kim Kardashian, Tila Tequila and Scott Wolf were also seen at Hyde this weekend. "The OC" stars Rachel Bilson, Melinda Clarke and Autumn Reeser dined together at Mr. Chow Saturday night; filming wrapped Friday on the last episode of the series (to air February 22). Also seen at Chow's: "Nip/Tuck" hottie Kelly Carlson.

Kelly Carlson Gets Her Nails "Nip/Tuck"-ed
Kelly Carlson, the smoking hot star of the hit FX show "Nip/Tuck," was spotted leaving a nail salon is Los Angeles 
yesterday. The blonde beauty, who plays Kimber Henry on the show, can be seen filing away at her nails inside the salon.
And did you notice the rock on her finger? But don't fret fellas -- her reps say it's not an engagement ring, she just really likes it.
Carlson was most recently seen in the action film "The Marine," alongside WWE star John Cena.
