Kelsey Grammer's ample bank account isn't going be drained any time soon -- he just won a huge lawsuit filed against him by a contractor who worked on his kitchen.
Grammer's victory was sealed in a Santa Monica court today, when a jury decided the lawsuit filed by a company called The Last Detail had no merit.
The suit was filed back in July of 2008, alleging Kelsey and his wife Camille were refusing to cough up around $150,000 in construction costs. Grammer claimed he fired TLD for "non-performance" after they tried to overcharge him for the work.
According to Grammer's lawyer, the company not only lost the suit, but also has to "pay damages to the Grammers based on its negligence."

Kelsey Grammer wasn't able to attend a parole hearing today for the man who raped and murdered his sister back in 1975 -- so he sent this powerful letter which was read aloud.
Grammer -- who missed the hearing in Colorado Springs this morning due to rain delays at JFK airport -- pleads with the court not to release the man who "abducted ... raped ... savaged ... butchered" his little sister Karen.
Grammer described his sister as "smart and good and decent," and said "I can never escape the horror of what happened" to her ... "Please do not release this man from prison."
Freddie Glenn -- the man who murdered Karen -- will stay put for at least 5 more years.

Kelsey Grammer and his wife made waves in Hawaii this weekend -- he did it by falling off his paddle board, Camille did it by just wearing a bikini.
After a heart attack, the death of his mother, his show cancellation, a lawsuit by a contractor, and his Presidential choice losing in 2008, he can still rest easy knowing he's going home with that everyday.

McCain fan club President Kelsey Grammer took a shot at the New York Times (or liberal media) for printing that whole Sarah Palin didn't know Africa was a continent fiasco.
He must have forgot the most fair and balanced news network, FOX News, broke the story.

Give a Democrat a chance to talk politics and you can't get 'em to shut up, but grab a notorious Republican like Kelsey Grammer and well, not so much.
Dude was suspiciously silent about the election at LAX yesterday -- but he was headed to Florida, a major swing state. We doubt it's a coincidence. He was stumping for McCain later that night at a rally in Coral Gables.

Cheers to Kelsey Grammer for looking healthy five months after suffering a heart attack .
Although his sitcom was canceled earlier this year and he's being sued by a kitchen contractor, the 53-year-old vacationed shirtless in Hawaii this weekend.

You can't screw with Kelsey Grammer and get away with it!
Grammer told TMZ the lawsuit filed against him last week by a home contractor "has no merit," adding "Their claim was filed over a year after they were fired for non-performance and after having received fees over $900,000. I pay my bills in a timely fashion-- always have." Kelsey also says he plans to file a suit of his own.
Grammer's attorney Paul Sorrell, adds fuel to the fire, saying "We have just learned that this company, The Last Detail, owned by Greg Cline, has had at least three citations issued against them with the State of California's Consumer Board, including one instance of fraud."
The Last Detail sued Grammer last week, claiming they got stiffed to the tune of nearly $200,000 for remodeling the Grammer's kitchen, bedroom and doing other stuff.

It takes a lot of money for someone to not care about a huge lawsuit -- and last night Kelsey Grammer claimed he doesn't know much about being sued for a pesky little $200,000.

Kelsey Grammer is being sued by a company that installed his kitchen -- not once, not twice, but, we're told, three times.
In the suit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, The Last Detail claims it did a ton of work for Kelsey and Camille but got stiffed to the tune of $148,135.52. Sounds like a lot of money -- even for Malibu -- except our spies say Kelsey and Camille kept changing their minds. She didn't like the color, he didn't like this and that ... blah, blah blah. Plus, they kept expanding the scope of work.
We're told they kept promising to pay and at one point the company was allegedly told they would pay when Kelsey was in a "good mood." Apparently, she has irritable bowels ... he's just irritable.
Grammer could not be reached for comment.

Talk about a crappy vacation! TMZ has learned actor Kelsey Grammer suffered a mild heart attack while vactioning with his family at their home in Hawaii.
His rep tells TMZ Grammer was paddleboarding with his wife Camille on Saturday when he fell ill.
We're told he's resting comfortably in the hospital and will be released later on this week.

As Britney continues to defecate in K-Fed's direction (as in the dictionary definition "to become clear of dregs, impurities"), we have a new name brand suggestion. K-Fed, say hello to the backwards-spelled moniker Def-K, as in defecate and three strikes you're out, bro!
