Jessica Simpson may still have some fans out there, but Kid Rock is definitely not one of them.
When asked about Simpson's on-stage meltdown, Rock claimed he "wouldn't know her well enough to miss her if she was gone." Ouch. Kid's advice? Switch to Rock n' Roll where it's okay and expected for singers to forget the lyrics.

He talks a big game -- and with the championship on the line at the 2nd Annual Grand Kids Foundation Celebrity Shootout in Michigan this weekend, Kid Rock finally had a chance to back it up. 
With his team down by one point, Rock was fouled as the game clock hit zero -- sending him to the line to shoot two huge free throws. The rest... well you'll just have to see for yourself.

Just like in his song "Cowboy," Kid Rock's only words of wisdom to the judge who sentenced him -- "Suck my d..." We're talking about the judge who told him performing for the troops in Iraq was not valid community service.
The American Badass already posted the judge's name, work number and address on his website to get his fans to complain -- and now he's got a challenge for the dude: How 'bout you go to Iraq for a while if you're such a badass.
Kid has to complete 80 hours of community service by this February as part of his sentencing for that Waffle House beatdown in '07.

Kid Rock is seen here chilling in the lazy river of the now infamous Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas a few weeks ago -- not realizing the actual risk he was taking.
Prior to taking the pic, TMZ spies spotted the Waffle House rumbler going down the same water slide that claimed the life of a shark earlier this week.
Kid Rock is definitely no stranger to taking risks. He was married to Pam Anderson.

Kid Rock is declaring war on the judge who sentenced him for that Waffle House beatdown last year -- and now the rocker's legions of loyal fans are making the judge's life a living hell.
It's all over the judge's decision to not allow Rock's upcoming live performance for the troops in Iraq to count toward his community service. After he was rejected, Rock decided to get even by posting the judge's work information -- including a phone number and email address -- on Rock's official website.
We're told the judge has received over two dozen phone calls since the blog went up, and he's not too happy. Kid Rock's attorney tells TMZ he wasn't consulted by Kid before the blog was posted, and he would have advised otherwise had he known.
Kid still has to serve 80 hours of community service by February 2009. As of right now he has zero hours logged.

It's possibly the most pathetic footage of the year -- former MTV VJ Jesse Camp transforms from simple "has-been" to "pathetic, shameless, genital-flashing has-been" all in the blink of an eye.
Long story short (pun intended), Jesse was so desperate for attention outside of a TRL finale party in NY this weekend, that he dropped his pants and whipped out his member in front of several unsuspecting women ... who couldn't help but wince in disgust. But it didn't stop there...
Moments later, Jesse did it again ... only this time he got his pants back on mere seconds before Kid Rock walked out.
And just when you thought it couldn't get more pathetic, one of the chicks who saw Lil' Jesse felt the need to tell Camp that his unit was less of a schlong and more of a schlort.

Kid Rock is cruisin' for a bruisin'!
Kid's tour bus was spotted near Sturgis, SD with a license plate holder that reads "Follow Me to ... Waffle House." As you may recall, Kid pleaded no contest after getting into an early morning brawl at a Waffle House in Georgia last year.
Wait until Aunt Jemima hears about this.

Rock jumps up mid-meal and starts barking at the guy in the green shirt. Kid's bodyguard holds him back -- but not for long -- as Rock hops over a booth and starts serving up a slew of knuckle sandwiches.

In an incredibly sarcastic YouTube message to the children, he also says it's A.O.K. to steal from Apple, Microsoft, Toyota, the gas companies and even Tommy Hilfiger. Yeah, we doubt they feel the same way.

Looks like the devil has a cause after all! Kid Rock has been hospitalized for stomach cramps and dehydration. The rocker was set to perform onstage at the U.K.'s Download Festival Friday, but had to cancel last minute due to his health conditions.
A statement from the organizers of the festival says, "We've had the curse of Download. Kid Rock is not very well -- we've had to rush him to hospital ... he apologizes to his fans." Rock had reportedly been out at the Central London's Whisky Mist nightclub the night before the concert.
Calls to Rock's rep have not been returned.
A jury has dismissed a lawsuit against Kid Rock brought by a woman who claimed the rocker man-handled her outside his Michigan recording studio.
A jury dismissed a claim by Kelly Ann Kozlowski on Friday, who was seeking $25,000 in damages. Kozlowski's attorney says he'll appeal. But Kid's attorney says he and his client are pleased. Naturally!
Authorities did investigate -- but never brought up charges against the Kid.
Now Rock can use the money in his other pending lawsuit. He's a busy man!

Three men filed a $15 million lawsuit yesterday claiming Kid Rock and six members of the group Boo-Yaa Tribe assaulted them after they asked for their autograph. 
The alleged incident took place back in 2006 outside the Hollywood hotspot Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel. According to the lawsuit, filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Michael Medlin, Carlos Bonilla and Jose Perez were waiting outside with a small camera and autograph books. They claim they were beaten up and even had their cameras and bags stolen, too!
In addition to Rock and the members of the Boo-Yaa Tribe, the suit also names the Roosevelt Hotel and Teddy's as defendants, saying the security was so negligent, it created a "dangerous and hazardous condition."
A call to Rock's rep was not immediately returned. Same with emails to the Roosevelt.

Kid Rock won't let one little Waffle House dust-up pour maple syrup on his sense of humor. Just in case anyone had forgotten about his little breakfast scuffle, Kid was wearing an "I'm a Waffle House Kid" t-shirt in the Bahamas.
Kid was partying it up with Adrian Young from No Doubt at the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational Gala.
