TMZ has learned cops showed up at Kirsten Dunst's Hollywood Hills home last night -- after the house's silent alarm went off.
Though she has had a stalker show up on her property in the past, this time it was Dunst herself who accidentally tripped the alarm.
We're told she was happy to see the officers -- but they left without incident.

It's official -- Christopher Smith is required by law to stay the heck away from Kirsten Dunst.
In a hearing today in L.A. County Superior Court, a judge OK'd Kirsten's request to keep the 25-year-old far away from her. Neither Smith nor Dunst showed up.
Kirsten's assistant made a citizen's arrest against Smith last month, after he got past security on her property.

Frumpy film star Kirsten Dunst was spotted entering the Soho Grand Hotel to prep for filming on her upcoming movie, "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People." Kiki looked as radiant as, well, a radiator. Someone needs to get that girl a drink! Tan and tonic, anyone?
Also in New York, Amanda Bynes -- who looked absolutely dee-lish in a leggy black dress at the launch of her clothing line -- and Maria Menounos, who popped in to check out Amanda's designer duds. Amanda's clothing line debuts in September.
Across country in L.A., Miss Mary J. Blige did some shopping at Barneys, the Sisters Hilton hit up a party at Les Deux. Audrina celebrated the new season of "The Hills" at Hyde, and Will Smith took a break from filming to pose for photos with fans.

TMZ has learned that online ticket service Fandango has just completely sold out of all tickets for midnight showings of the new installment of Spider-man.
More than 100 theatres across the U.S. have maxed-out their late shows. Sources tells TMZ that 3:00 AM Friday showings have been added to the some locations -- a rarity in film exhibition -- and sales for Spidey have taken up 95% of Fandango's weekly sales.
Spidey III also pulled in just under $30 million in its opening day overseas, representing the best movie opening ever in France, Italy, South Korea and Hong Kong.
Yup, that's Kirsten Dunst chillin' in Hawaii while wearin' her wacky Mary-Kate sunglasses!

Tiny Tobey Maguire managed to cap a volcanic explosion of inner rage when Kirsten Dunst shoulder-checked him onstage at the Oscars last night, but the not-so-subtle death stare he shot toward his "Spiderman" co-star nearly lasered a hole in Dunst's forehead.

In the past three days, we've seen the many sides of Kirsten Dunst; ninja warrior, road menace -- and now we've got Kirsten Dunst, life coach.
The reluctant paparazzi magnet was spotted at Chateau Marmont (a known pap/star hot-spot), where she was not exactly thrilled to see cameras, telling TMZ, "Oh, look who's being rude and filming us all, what an exciting life you have, what a great job," before swatting the camera away.
Not satisfied with her run-in, Dunst came back to the photog moments later, again hit the camera, and told our photographer, "Go find your passion!" Thanks, coach!

Kirsten Dunst's spidey-sense definitely wasn't working last night when she crashed into a curb.
In yet another attempt to thwart the paparazzi -- following her "ninja" tactics the previous night -- Dunst tried to cover her face with a hat as she ran to her car after partying at Winston's. While she probably should have come out of hiding when she got behind the wheel, Kirsten opted to keep her face hidden as she tried to steer into traffic. Unable to see the road, Dunst gassed it straight into the curb!
Dunst may want to take a lesson from Paris Hilton's pal, Stavros Niarchos who crashed her Bentley -- don't drive when you can't see where you're going!
