Former "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler got beach-slapped by the law Friday night after Laguna Beach cops say he got drunk and threw his shoes at people ... seriously.
According to law enforcement sources, Wahler got into a scuffle with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery and eventually got himself ejected.
Somehow Wahler made his way back inside, cops said, and the bouncers had to toss him out again.
But here's the best part: Witnesses say a frustrated Wahler then removed his shoes and fired them into the bar -- and when security came out to remove him permanently, Jason allegedly threw a punch.
Cops soon arrived on scene and arrested the reality reject for battery and public intoxication.
Wahler still had 11 days left on his probation stemming from a drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade back in 2007-- which means he's gonna get in even more trouble if convicted.
The claws are back out between "Laguna Beach" enemies celebrity Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad -- with Kristin cattily claiming if she joins "The Hills" next season, "I will do it better than her."
LC's vacant stares and awkward silence will be tough to beat.
Alex Murrel was a featured cast member on season two of "Laguna Beach." Not featured -- her alleged drug dealer friend.
Feds and local police raided the house Alex rents in Orange County last week and arrested a man identified as her boyfriend for felony possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Law enforcement sources tell us they found the cocaine "packaged for sale."
Murrel herself was not charged, but she was interviewed as a witness.
Talan Torriero -- 'memba him from MTV's "Laguna Beach" -- has been linked with Nicole Scherzinger, Kristin Cavallari, LiLo and Kimberly Stewart. Clearly, the man's got game.
But when it came to those pesky Lauren Conrad hook-up rumors, he wasn't so forthcoming.
If you haven't yet gotten your fill of over privileged white kids getting famous for no other reason than for being over privileged white kids, then today is your lucky day!
TMZ has obtained the first exclusive clip of "Newport Harbor" -- the next iteration of MTV's next "Real OC," and the locale might be new, but from the looks of the trailer, the usual suspects are the same. Scheming blonde Brooke Hogan-alike? Check. Pretty-smart-has-it-all girl who can't stop whining? Check. Smooth-chested white boys acting as foils for the much more interesting (read: bitchy) girls? Check, mate!
The surreality of this O.C. unfurls in "Newport Harbor," August 15 on MTV.
Scruffy jailbird and "The Hills" studlet Jason Wahler and a gal pal were spotted strutting down L.A.'s Robertson Blvd. on Saturday ... and he managed not to get arrested!
In what appeared to be a power walk -- replete with giant coffee and cigarette -- Jason didn't seem to be going anywhere in particular. When asked if he was attending a promotional event being held down the street at Kitson for "Hairspray," he said, "Um, no way."
The attorney for Jessica Smith, former star of MTV's "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County," plead guilty to misdemeanor DUI on Monday. Smith was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to attend one MADD meeting and serve 80 hours of community service.
Smith was charged back in March, after the car she was driving slammed into the back of an Acura, causing "great bodily injury" to people in both cars. The CHP report said that her level of intoxication, unsafe speed and wet roadways were conditions that led to the crash.
Smith amassed fines and penalties totaling more than $1,300.
"Heroes" jailbait princess Hayden Panettiere and boyfriend Stephen Colletti were caught hand-in-hand at a matinee on Monday. Then they got closer.
The twosome was spotted at The Grove cinema in L.A., where they locked lips and cuddled through a screening of "Shrek The Third." PDA at a kiddie flick -- some material may not be suitable for children!
Panettiere was wearing a solid band on her engagement ring finger -- is a commitment near for these two? Hayden can legally walk down the aisle when she turns 18 ... in August.
Jason Wahler, one of the stars of MTV's "Laguna Beach," has been charged with several misdemeanor counts stemming from his April arrest in Seattle.
Prosecutors have charged Wahler, who was 20 at the time he was arrested, with three misdemeanor counts of assault, criminal trespass and a minor exhibiting effects of alcohol. Cops say a "very intoxicated" Wahler was involved in a fight at a Seattle hotel. When police responded to the call, they found Wahler passed out in a hallway. As officers tried to take him into custody, they say the "Beach" alum lashed out, calling the arresting officer "a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k." According to the police report, Wahler told officers he was "rich" and would "have [the officer's] ass." A "belligerent and hostile" Wahler also allegedly told the officer "Come down to L.A. County and get your ass kicked!"
The Seattle City Attorney is asking that Wahler serve ten days in jail, pay a $4500 fine and enroll in a chemical dependency treatment program. Wahler will face a judge sometime in June.
Wahler's troubles, however, don't end there; he was supposed to have checked into an L.A. County jail last week to serve a 60-day sentence stemming from another assault case from 2006. But, as People reported yesterday, Wahler is in rehab, which is delaying his time behind bars.
Wahler's coast-to-coast crime spree began in NYC last August, when cops busted him for cocaine possession and other charges. In that case he pleaded to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to five days of community service.
Lauren Conrad is denying she made a sex tape with one of her co-stars, but sources are telling TMZ a different tale.
A rep for SugarDVD.com tells TMZ that they were approached by a third party claiming to have the tape -- allegedly featuring Conrad with her "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills" co-star Jason Wahler. The rep says the company offered $500,000 for the latest star skin flick -- sight unseen. SugarDVD.com reportedly called Wahler's manager and made him the same offer. According to the SugarDVD source, Wahler's manager would neither confirm nor deny the that there was a tape. News of the tape's possible existence was first reported by Perez Hilton.
Mike Esterman, who reps several "Laguna Beach" stars, confirmed to TMZ that he was contacted, but passed the offer on to Wahler's camp.
A rep from Vivid Entertainment, the company that just released the Kim Kardashian sex tape, tells TMZ his company has not been contacted, but would certainly consider making an offer.
Conrad fired back today with a blog on her website that reads, "Jason and I would like to make it clear that we did not make a tape with us having sex. Jason and I are both shocked and hurt that people would say such horrible things about us. I can't believe that somebody would go to such great lengths to try to damage my reputation."
Reps for Conrad could not be reached. We couldn't find Wahler.
Jason Wahler, star of MTV's "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach," pleaded no contest today to one count of battery, and was sentenced to 60 days in Los Angeles County Jail.
Wahler, 20, and model Kristin DeLuca, 25, were arrested in September 2006 after an altercation on Wilshire Blvd. The two and a group of friends were driving on Wilshire when their vehicle was blocked by a city vehicle and a tow truck attempting to move an illegally parked car. The pair jumped out of their car and got into a verbal altercation with the city employee and the tow truck drivers. Wahler punched one of the drivers and DeLuca kicked the tow operator and spit in his face. The drivers called the cops after restraining Wahler. His blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was .22 -- nearly three times the legal limit.
Wahler pleaded no contest to one count of battery, and in addition to jail time, was ordered to attend 104 AA meetings, 36 hours of anger management classes, and to stay away from all of the victims. DeLuca pleaded no contest to one count of battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. She also must serve 15 days working on the road with CalTrans.
Wahler and De Luca must also participate in a one-day Museum of Tolerance program because of the numerous racial slurs they uttered during the incident.
Wahler has until May 4 to turn himself in.
In a related story, Wahler was arrested just this past weekend after cops say he "resisted a public officer" during a raid against underage drinking in a North Carolina nightclub.
We know about Joel Madden, but what's up with the rest of Good Charlotte? --David
Yes, David, we do know the latest on Joel Madden's love life, but as far as his professional life is concerned, he and the band have been hard at work preparing for their next album. Titled "Good Morning Revival," they expect it to hit shelves around March 20.
Joel said they finished about 50 songs, realized they weren't what they thought they'd be, scratched them, and started all over again! Putting that much work into the album -- no doubt it'll be good! Click here to take a look at Good Charlotte's MySpace and to catch one of their songs!
The Pussycat Doll's front kitty, Nicole Scherzinger, and Talan Torriero of MTV's "Laguna Beach," set heads turning at The Grove in Los Angeles yesterday.
Although the romance is new, the pair already seem to be tired of each other; talking on their cells while having lunch. Usually camera-friendly, Nicole hid under a hood and behind giant sunglasses. Talan was later seen carrying her purse. Salamat, baby.
Kristin Cavallari, Lindsay Lohan and now Nicole ... this guy gets around.
Will there be another season of Laguna Beach? --Amber
As of this moment, Amber, a decision has not been made as to whether or not a fourth season of "Laguna Beach" will be ordered. But we thought you should know -- while some Laguna Beach locals are stoked by the economic boom they've experienced, some parents and residents of the tiny town aren't too happy with all the publicity. For now, we'll have to wait to find out. The season three finale aired last night. Check out MTV.com in case you missed it!
