Mortgage Co. to La Toya -- Pay Up or 'Beat It'
La Toya Jackson is days away from losing her Las Vegas home -- unless she comes up with enough cash to pay the mortgage by the end of the month.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, La Toya owes $745,670.27 on her swanky condo in the Regency Towers of the LV International Country Club.
The docs show the house will go up on the auction block if she doesn't pay up.
The Clark County Recorder's office tells us the auction was originally schedule for August 31 -- but it was postponed. The new auction date is September 30.
La Toya's rep gave us this statement:
"La Toya has an extensive real estate portfolio and her advisors directed her to the business decision to let this particular property to go to short sale where it is now.
The property was also something she got during her divorce from Jack Gordon and she has no attachment to it."

Jackson Series Gets Deep Sixed -- For Now
The Jackson family is stuck in development hell -- at least their new reality series is.
Last spring, CBS ordered 8 episodes of "Pop Dynasty," a competition to find the next superstar music family. Jermaine Jackson was listed as executive producer, and was all set to judge alongside brother Tito and sister LaToya. Then nothing happened.
"It's still in development," producer Steve Kroopnick tells TMZ. "We are hoping it will come to fruition at some point, but right now, nothing is happening ... it is for purely financial reasons."

Don't worry, LaToya's no Sharon Stone or Britney Spears -- Jackson only put her police badge on display.
After shopping at MAC (like her bro, girl loves makeup), LaToya showed off her official badge, which she earned on her reality show, "Armed and Famous." She playfully threatened TMZ cameras, "You guys keep snapping pictures, I'm going to arrest you ... I'm a legal cop now you know."
One more reason to avoid the popo.

Is LaToya More Wacko Than Jacko?
During a ridiculous photo shoot for Australian alcoholic malt beverage called Star Ice, Jackson's sister spoke candidly about the impact of the trial on the family.
"The trial changed not only Michael but everyone, actually, in our family. Because just to see what one can go through in such a devastating time in your life. And not knowing what the outcome, the verdict is going to be. Fortunately it was wonderful, it was great....We knew then that once that happened he would leave and never probably go back to Neverland is what he said. But he's doing fine and hopefully I'll get to see him soon."
While the King of Pop is believed to be living out of the spotlight in Bahrain, LaToya is trying desperately to stay in it, with both a sexually charged campaign for Star Ice and an album coming soon.
