Eddie Cibrian's wife says she found out he was cheating on her through the media, this according to new documents filed in their divorce.
Brandi Cibrian says she "first learned of his infidelity in March 2009," according to docs obtained by TMZ. Brandi never names the other woman -- it just happens Us Weekly posted a video of Eddie making out with LeAnn Rimes at a restaurant that same month.
Brandi claims Eddie said he promised to stop cheating -- and they even sought counseling -- but by July, 2009, she found out the affair was still in full blossom ... again courtesy of the media.
Brandi also claims Eddie was unfaithful to her with at least one other woman during their marriage.

It was only a matter of time, but the demise of Eddie Cibrian's marriage has already made its way into a reality show.
Sources tell TMZ there's a new reality series by True Entertainment (the producers of "Real Housewives of Atlanta") called "Model Behavior" which stars Eddie's estranged wife Brandi.
We're told the show filmed an episode where Brandi's friend, Jennifer Giminez, ordered a moving truck (above) to cart off Eddie's belongings from his wife's home. Our sources tell us when it arrived, Brandi got cold feet and sent the truck away leaving all of Eddie's crap in the house.
When LeAnn Rimes steals your husband life gives you lemons ... make a reality show.
Brandi just gave us a statement: "The reality show that I am currently filming was in the works while I was married and actually would have involved my family had the unfortunate events of my marriage not transpired. The theme of the show has now changed but the show is in no way a response to my separation from my husband. It is just circumstantial."

TMZ has learned LeAnn Rimes will NOT face criminal charges for an alleged hit-and-run incident last month in Brentwood.
As TMZ previously reported, the LAPD questioned Eddie Cibrian's plaything at her home on August 21 -- moments after she was accused of fleeing the scene of a minor fender bender.
We're told LeAnn claimed she didn't know she clipped another car -- but she was cooperative with police and handed over her insurance information when they came to her pad.
Wednesday, cops officially closed the case after deciding no crime was committed.
FYI -- Rimes was involved in another fender bender yesterday. Her rep tells TMZ: "Due to the overzealous and very dangerous paparazzi following her, LeAnn was involved in a minor car accident. The police were called and fortunately everyone is safe."

LAPD officers made a house call to LeAnn Rimes' place yesterday, moments after the country singer was accused of fleeing the scene of a car crash in Brentwood.
Officials told the L.A. Times that Rimes was questioned about her possible involvement in a hit-and-run accident around 7:45 PM.
Earlier in the day, Rimes was spotted hanging out at the golf course with her "special friend" Eddie Cibrian.
Cops are still investigating whether or not the case should be sent to the City Attorney for prosecution.
UPDATE -- Law enforcement sources tell us Rimes was driving a 2009 Audi Q5 when she allegedly rear-ended a 2006 BMW X5 that was stopped in the left turn lane. There was no injuries and minor damage to the cars. It's not known whether or not Rimes got out and spoke to the other driver.

That's the two alleged lovebirds yesterday, sucking down some kind of canned beverage on the green in Valencia, California. He was also caught leaving her place yesterday morning with what looks like an overnight bag.

LeAnn Rimes and her husband Dean Sheremet are finally calling it quits -- on their massive Tennessee mansion.
We now have a good idea why LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian met up at the Lakers game yesterday -- she probably just wanted to platonically tell him that she's selling her place outside of Nashville, Tenn. for $7.45 million.
According to the Real Estalker, the happy couple moved into the place way back in September of 2008 -- no word where LeAnn ... or her husband ... plan to live next.
With his Lifetime movie co-star LeAnn Rimes nowhere in sight, married hunk Eddie Cibrian was snapped filming a movie with actress Gina Torres in L.A. this weekend.
