TMZ's DC photog tried to bust racing hottie Leilani Munter for fighting global warming while keeping a profession that fills the ozone with toxic emissions -- but no matter what question we threw at her, girl held her own.

Oh yeah, she also does a mean impression of Violet from "The Incredibles."
